Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of 200 Amp 3 phase 4 wire, 415V, 50Hz, IGBT Fired modular type Active Power Filter with touch screen HMI unit with 400 amp incommer & 1 module Unit for future provision, Siemens Gray 7035 Color coated Enclosure IP-20 Protection with future provisios. Note:-(i) Modular IGBT based Active Power Filter Units with embedded cooling fans should be used in separate non-compartmentalized compartments in APF with proper ventilation to reach the target rating of total Active Harmonic Filtration. Temperature sensors shall be provided to monitor APF module’s internal temperature, and cooling fans’ rotating speed shall be adjusted according to the detected internal temperature. each filter module is working independently even if one module got faulty rest system will work independently.(ii) Modular APF Unit / Units shall have basic function of harmonic current elimination to reduce THD-I and load imbalance correction. (iii) The APF system shall be modular as described above with each APF module shall be capable to mitigate harmonic, Power factor correction (Lead and Lag) and unbalancing. It should work normally even when anyone of the module gets failure in case of multiple modules. The APF system should be able to eliminate harmonic current of 2nd to 50th order (selectable) and correct load imbalance (compensate Negative and Zero sequence). Its operational Voltage Range should be AC 415V +15%, -20%, L-L. Frequency Range: 50/60Hz ±5Hz. It should have Power Scalability. One HMI display module should be able to display running data and set parameters for multiple APF modules in Hybrid System.(iv) APF shall have Inrush Current ≤120% of its rated current. Instant Response Time: ≤ 100us. Full Response Time: ≤ 20ms. Operating Ambient Temperature: -10 to 50 without derating. Programmable Current Transformer Ratio. It shall have built in protection against surges, sags, over voltage and voltage surges from AC source, and load switching and circuit breaker operation in the distribution system.
