M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with tibba sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and as directed. Mnote: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for sand used in cushioning to cable.

M & L for Supplying, laying, connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed :-

70 sqmm, 3 1/2 core

25 sqmm, 4 core

16 sq mm, 4core

Supply, fixing & install Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified for type 410 SP-31, 9.0 metres long complete all as specified. Note: The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of Red & white colour starting with red colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coat of synthetic enameled paint upto 1.5 meter height and numbering properly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: PCC for foundation and coping work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation/ pedestal of stay assembly / struts / poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) LED Neon indicating lamps (R, Y & B) -01 Set. (d) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on Non-hygroscopic, non carbonising, corrosion resistance SMC insulators 100 Amp, 4 pole, not less than 50cm long for incoming - 01 set. Outgoing (a) 03 Phase Time switch electronic digital type complete - 01 No (b) MCCB 32 amp, 4P 16 KA 415 V - 01 Nos. (c) D-21 astrorex time switch - 01 No. (d) FP 32 amp contactor - 01 No. (e) MCB 32amp SP 'B' curve - 01 No Note- (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of PCC foundation/pedestal and connected earth work. Supply and laying of GI pipe, size 40 mm bore medium grade fixed on poles, to walls and ceiling or laid in floors with all fittings for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Labour for Boring holes under road/drain by manual/machine method for inserting GI tubing up to 80 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old existing pole of any type/size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing Insulators of any type/shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate (ii) 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable MS handle. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (iii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip. (iv) Quoted shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire/strip. (v) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides
