S&F Polycarbonate Bird Proofing Pigeon Spikes BS 370, width of base 20mm, height 110mm, length 333mm and width of spike 45mm with silicon spike adhesive, screws/ nails properly fixing to any surface in any position at height upto 15.0m using scaffolding / crane / man-lifter with safety precaustions and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting from mains and taking down carefully existing Main Switch, DBs/MCBs and removing materials from suit for and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. to match with existing surfaces with same finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully existing flood lights in any position at height upto 15.0 m using scaffolding / crane / man-lifter with safety precaustions and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium PVC cable sub-main wiring from concealed conduit pipes /surface conduits/PVC casing caping including MS/PVC conduits / PVC casing caping and removing materials from suit for and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with existing surfaces with same finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub-Main Wiring concealed ( 2 x 2.5 Sqmm+1 x 2.5 Sqmm) with 2 nos single core, 2.5 Sqmm, FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed,multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade including one no 2.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH as continuous earth wire drawn through surface PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size with fittings ISI Marked and acessopries, tobe fixed with clamps and cradles including cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth and connecting to common earth terminals including taking down existing sub main wiring and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Two runs of copper FRLSH PVC cable and one run of earth wireof size 6 Sqmm including PVC conduit shall be measured as one length unit. Connectins of cables with MCBs or Bus Bar shall be made with brass/copper thimbles of appropriate size.

Refixing serviceable flood lights in any position at height upto 15.0 m using scaffolding / crane / man-lifter with safety precaustions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate qouted by the contractor shall deemed to be included of hiring charges for scaffolding / crane / man-lifter with safety precaustions.

S&F sheet metal enclosures distribution board double door, single pole and neutral (SPN), 8 ways 240 Volts DBs for using MCBs / MCB isolators with having copper bus bars suitable for 200 Amps rating with IP-43 protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are deemed to be included for flashing in wall concealed complete making good and matching with existing surface.

S&F sheet metal enclosures distribution board double door, single pole and neutral (SPN),12 ways 240 Volts DBs for using MCBs / MCB isolators with having copper bus bars suitable for 200 Amps rating with IP-43 protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are deemed to be included for flashing in wall concealed complete making good and matching with existing surface.

S&F miniature circuit breaker (MCB) single pole and neutral (SPN), 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F very high efficiency round 150 W highbay LED light fittings with lights in PDC housing suitable for industrial applicatioin luminaire with efficiency upto 150 lumens per watt to reduce quanty / wattage thereby reducing operational cost, ingress protection class IP 66 with additional safety chain including clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and twin core flexible copper conductor PVC cable connection of lights and connector wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Make: CROMPTON Cat Part No. CIP-320-150-57-60D-HL4-GL-NSR or equivaleny of same in makes specified in Appendix "B" of Particular Specifications.

Note:- Unit rates qouted by the contractor for all the items of BoQ shall be deemed to be included of hiring charges for scaffolding / crane / man-lifter with safety precaustions for working in any postion and at height upto 15.0 m. In case of mishap, accident and casuality causing loss to human life, T&P, Machinary and materials, nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor. All to note that no claim of the contractor whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Govt.
