Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminum strip 25 x 3.15 mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only single pointed air termination aluminium rod obtained from taking down of respective item of BOQ including necesaary new nuts, bolts & suitable insulator for fixing air termination rod complete all as specified and directed .

Fixing only aluminum strip 25x3mm complete obtained from taking down of respective item of BOQ including providing saddles/ GI tubing insulators all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Fixing only GI strip 32x6mm complete obtained from taking down of respective item of BOQ buried in ground or fixed to wall etc for loop ear thing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates including weathering slightly roundded or chamfered angle and throating necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted.

Supply and fix porcelain based post insulators suitable to insulate earth strip from wall/ floor /ceiling including drilling holes to earth strip for fixing insulators and providing 2 Nos rawl plugs of appropriate size for fixing insulator to wall or floor or ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast iron pit cover 10 mm thick complete with locking arrangement, handle and angle iron frame of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fixing of display Board of size 75cmx30cm for Earth Pit made out of 3mm thick MS sheet welded on angle iron legs 0.5 mtr long (02 Nos) of size 40x40x6mm duly embedded in PCC block type B-1 of size 23x23x30cm using stone aggregate, fixed in ground including necessary earthwork. Display Board shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- (a) Rates for marking the numbering of Earthing, Type of earth deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) Colour Code for GI/Al/Cu/Chemical Earthing will be maintained while painting the display board. (c) Date of testing and due date of testing shall be mentioned on the display board with white colour.

M&L for flame proof point wiring for one light point / Exhaust/Ceiling Fan point with 2.50 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable and PVC FRLS insulated copper conductor cable 2.50 Sqmm as earth wire and including ERW steel rigid heavy duty conduit duly painted flame proof black enamelled of suitable size on wall complete with all fittings such as elbows, bends, connectors, sadles, clamps etc and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- Junction Box will be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply and fixing in replacement CMRI certified flame proof/weather proof 1X40 Watt LED bulkhead fitting wall/surface mounted or recess in wall/roof, well glass luminaire suitable for RF LED lamp, recommended for Gas/Vapour group of IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2, IP65 protection, Epoxy finish LM6 die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass, including inbuilt electronic driver, 2 kv surge protection, internally pre-wired, LED lamp, connector block etc complete with all other accessories and including making electric connection connecting with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable (flame proof) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc. by using CM (1:3) including taking down old unserviceable light fitting any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed in wall) factory made Flameproof DB duly painted, 12 Way, SPN, dust and vermin proof including operating knob, cable glands, earth bar, bus bar with all accessories and comprising of the following including taking out old unserviceable existing DB any type complete all as specified and as directed.:- (i) MCB B curve, SPN 32 Amps, 10KA - 01 No (incoming) (ii) MCB B curve, SP 6 Amps, 10KA - 10 Nos (outgoing)

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed in wall) factory made Flameproof DB duly painted, 08 Way, SPN, dust and vermin proof including operating knob, cable glands, earth bar, bus bar with all accessories and comprising of the following including taking out old unserviceable existing DB any type complete all as specified and as directed.:- (i) MCB C curve, SPN 32 Amps, 10KA - 01 No (incoming) (ii) MCB C curve, SP 6 Amps, 10KA - 06 Nos (outgoing)

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flameproof light fitting 2 x 16/20 Watt, Poly Carbonate appx 4 feet long, environment friendly, including electric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable 23/0.00076 from ceiling rose to tube fitting, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, including taking down old Unserviceable light fitting any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts. (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 45°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max10%. (f) IP rating : IP-20. (g) CRCA pre coated housing with two coloured plastic end cap. (h) LED Driver of the make as of the luminaire. (j) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (k) Surge protection minimum 2.5 kV. S&F in repair flame proof MCB 6 to 30 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix flame proof, water proof Junction box 4 way 20 mm entry size of LM 6 material complete incl all necessary fixing arrangement and electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof, water proof Junction box 3 way 20 mm entry size of LM 6 material complete incl all necessary fixing arrangement and electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm burried in ground for connection of earthing pit to LT panel lighting protection point and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of existing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates, angle iron/ flat in any size fabricated from structural steel section, including nuts, bolts, washers, welding (incl welding at site), bending cold or hot, drilling hole for botls, in any shape or size including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces all as specified and directed

Labour only for testing for lighting protection system as specified here under :(a) Before testing a visual check to be carried out jointly by the contractor, Engr in Charge and rep of user for the mechanical condition of all conductors, bonds, joints.(b) Testing continuity and resistance of conductors, Ohmic resistance of lighting conductor system complete with air termination but without the earth electrode connection and recording results. (c) Testing of each earth electrode points without continuity conductors, air termination and ring conductors. (d) Testing the resistance to earth of the whole installation without all earth electrode continuity, conductors, air termination and bondings of other services and results are to be recorded. (e) All above testings are to be done in accordance with STEC pemplates No 7 and IS 2309, 1999(IInd Rivision) and IS 3043, 1987. The results are to be recorded in prescribed format duly signed by contractor, Engr-in-Charge and rep of Users and to be submitted by contractor in triplicate. Note : (i) The testing mentioned above Para (b) to (e) will be only after rectifying the defects observed during visual check.(ii) M&L required for rectication of defects observed will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.(iii) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of writing board in white letter colours n exc 2 cm heights on the black colour back ground on wall such as TESTED ON, Due date of Testing, E.g. EP No 1 ER 10 Ohms.EP installation etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(iv) Contractor has to arrange necessary T&P and testing instrument of suitable range. The rate quoted is deemed to be included the above provision.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation /cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 Sqm in depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine locally available sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M & L for brick protection with sub class 'B' brick laid across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement LT XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade 25 Sqmm 4 Core with stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed armoured confirming to IS 1556 laid in trenches/along poles/ through pipe/through duct complete including taking out of existing cable all as specified and directred. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be paid and measured separately

Supply and laying in replacement LT XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core with stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed armoured confirming to IS 1556 laid in trenches/along poles/ through pipe/through duct complete including taking out of existing cablel all as specified and directred. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be paid and measured separately

Supply and laying in replacement LT XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core with stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed armoured confirming to IS 1556 laid in trenches/along poles/ through pipe/through duct complete including taking out of existing cable as specified and directred. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be paid and measured separately

Supply and laying in replacement LT XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core with stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed armoured confirming to IS 1556 laid in trenches/along poles/ through pipe/through duct complete including taking out of existing cable all as specified and directred. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be paid and measured separately

M&L for painting of Steel tubular pole 9 mtr of type 410 SP-31 including flat iron clamps, Junction boxes with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning/ removal of dust etc. for preparation of steel surfaces all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Rates for marking of Pole No and Colour Pattern of yellow and black upto height of 1.5 Mtr (30 Cm) each deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Material and labour for pre stressed concrete poles LT 9 Mtr long 102mmx 172mm at top and 102 mmx279 mm at bottom class-10 complying with reqirement of 15 1678-1978 including painting of pole with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 Mtr height from the top of PCC coping and numberintg of poles all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement distrubution board MCCB SPN 4 way double door vertical type made out of CRCA mild steel surface with insulated material like polyester or with powder coating surface mounting, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorpration of MCCB as incommer and MCB's outgoing complete all as specified & directed

S & F in replacement distrubution board MCCB SPN 2 way double door vertical type made out of CRCA mild steel surface with insulated material like polyester or with powder coating surface mounting, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorpration of MCCB as incommer and MCB's outgoing complete all as specified & directed

All as per Ser item No 57.00 above but of 120 sqmm 3.5 core to 185 Sqmm X 3.0 Core

Cleaning and maintenance of existing earth pit by removing the mud from the earth pit, cleaning the funnel wiremess, watering, the earth pit with salt and coal and making the good surface of earth pit and cover by plastering with CM 1:4 and connecting the earth from earth pit to testing point with GI strip 32x6mm. Note : GI strip shall be measured and paid separatley under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars of semicircular shape 15 cm dia 10 mm thick duly engraved MES LT cable having RCC piller of size 10 cm x 10 cm x 60 cm embedded 45 cm below ground level and 15 cm above ground level and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint aboe ground level including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing to LT panel board by necessary welding to door hinges, and fixing the sliding bolt for proper locking arrangement and making all electical connection including replacement of rubber beading spray painting to the electrical panel by scraping old paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable steel tubular poles 11 meter long with fitting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel tubular pole 11 meter long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1, dia of stay rod 16mm (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6), type C1, chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, cover 40mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 75mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia, earthing lead upto 7.5m complete all as specified in preambles of SSR Part-II and shown in electricl plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I.
