Development and stabilizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (CSR item No. 28.82)

OHSR Constructing One No. of 15 KL (15000 Ltr) capacity with Sill level not less than 15.50 mtr height upto FSL 18.00 mtr from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No. 3. Providing and fixing DI K-9 D/F expansion joints conforming to (IS-1536-1989) or latest bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends. Conforming to ISI -13382 and DI K-9 D/F Sluice valve duly ISI Marked (IS-11846-200 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes, including providing and installing inlet, outlet and scour pipes, flanged pressure pipes horizontally as per IS 8329/2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and furhter up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost & P/F aluminum leader inside the OHSR complete in all respect as per specifications. (The specification & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of sail is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall submitted his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specification. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+prevailing ceiling premium including providing and fixing automatic electronic water level control device and construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filing, including overflow haudi complete in all respects.

PUMPING MACHINERY Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of one No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 113 LPM against a head of 45mtr along-with electric panel board consisting of electric appliandiv.gsp such as automatic Starter, Main Switch. Volt Meter, Ampere Meter, ELCB, Shunt Capacitor, Single Phase Preventer, Indicating Lamps, MVB/MCCBs etc. including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 33 m (in 3 m Lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (of reputed make) complete in all respects.

Environmental Management Charges

Making lawns including ploughing & dragging with 'Sohaga' breaking of clods, removal of earth rubbish dressing & supplying doob grass roots and planting at 15cm, apart including supplying and spreading of farm yard manure @ 0.18 cum per 100 sqm & loosening. (CSR item No. 32.4)

Supplying and planting permanent trees including digging of earth pits size 75cm x75cmx75cm deep refilling the excavated earth with manure supplied @ 0.113 cum each and watering supplying through tractor tanker. (Trees like Neem. Ashoka, Dake, Arjun etc. (CSR item No. 32.2)

Planting ground cover plants including digging and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM, Fertilizer and insecticides, planting of saplings at 30cm distance from plant to plant and row, providing and fixing brick tiles edging. (CSR item No. 32.22)

Planting, flower beds including digging and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 30 cm distance from plant to plant and row to row. (CSR item No. 32.2)

Provision for one way stand post with Khura complete in all respects.

O&M W/S System for 3 months including O&M repair of leakage, Supply of full time pump operator-cum-Chowkidar Supply of Sodium, hypochlorite solution for disinfection for 3 months after completion of work.
