The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. DEVELOPMENT OF WATER WORKS SITE. O&M W/S System for 3 months including Operating of Machinery, repair of leakage, Supply of full time pump operator-cum-Chowkidar Supply of Sodium, hypochlorite solution for disinfection for 3 months after completion of work.

Environmental Management Charges

Making lawns including ploughing & dragging with 'Sohaga' breaking of clods, removal of earth rubbish dressing & supplying doob grass roots and planting at 15cm, apart including supplying and spreading of farm yard manure @ 0.18 cum per 100 sqm & loosening (CSR item No. 32.4)

Planting ground cover plants including digging and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM, Fertilizer and insecticides, planting of saplings at 30cm distance from plant to plant and row, providing and fixing brick tiles edging. (CSR item No. 32.22)

Planting, flower beds including digging and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 30 cm distance from plant to plant and row to row. (CSR item No. 32.2)

Provision for one way stand post with Khura complete in all respects.
