Note:- Item No 1 to 5 Wages to the person employed shall be in accordence with the minimum fair wages payable as per the State/ Central Govt notification which ever is higher and as applicable.

Manning and operation for for air conditioning plant comprising of Chiller Units/Package type units, Cooling tower, water circulating pumps, AHU's and other connected items, by providing 3 skilled refrigerator mechanics/skilled operators (one for each shift of eight hours i.e for three shift a day) for round the clock operation of AC Plant including sunday and holiday and to maintain desired air temprature and humidity inside premises including maintaining running/events record in specified log sheet per day for AC Plant including daily cleaning of eqpt/installation and out side installation area including all process required for smooth running of AC installation like cleaning of filter, filling water in cooling tower, including checking of AC Plant panel and minor repair i.e greasing, oiling etc without any extra cost as involved. Any other process required and to be carried out is to be done as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Location AC Plant No-10 of capacity 3x16.5 TR Package type AC plant comprising of all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.
