Supply, installation, commissioning of glass top deep freezer, single phase 240 volt, 50 Hz, aesthetic soft look design, stucco aluminium inner liner for improved hygiene, UV grade plastic material for long lasting appearance, caster wheels for easy mobility and door lock for restricted accessibility with capacity 320 litre including noise level 55 DB and 100% green and environment friendly refrigerant (R134A) temperature range upto -180 C, minimum PUF thickness 60mm, minimum dimension 1195x635x875mm, 2 Nos doors complete all all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of desert cooler electric driven (single phase) three speed having nominal air flow capacity 4000 CFM per hour, with propeller ISI marked cooler fan motor copper winding single phase fitted with having aluminium blade of minimum size 500 mm, submersible pump, Max power consumption of 325 watts, cooler body made out from 20 gauge mild steel galvanized iron sheet & water tank made out 18 SWG with 40 Ltr min capacity, including three louvers with wood wool pad, flexible PVC distribution pipes connected to 3 way junction, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rated are deemed to inclusive of of following items:- (i) 1 nos Three speed rotary type switch (ISI marked) for propeller fan and 1 nos one way switch to control pump. The switches shall have marking off- Low- medium- High. (ii) Float valve on water supply connection.

Supply, fixing and testing of 1.0 KVA capacity Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled , copper wound, indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V - 230V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% complete all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of all weather window type air conditioner with star rating 3 as per latest BEE electric driven (single phase), cooling capacity 4500 K Cal per Hour (1.5 Ton), fixed speed AC (Copper turbo cool, Humidity control, Fan modes Auto/high/medium/Low, Hydrophilic blue fins, dust filter, auto restart, sleep mode, dust filter with steel body cover complete all as per maunfacturer instruction and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Invertor type inbuilt heating and cooling hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR, 5 Star rating complete with hi wall split units indoor and outdoor units fixed at any position and any height as per site requirement complete with making necessary hole to brick/stone wall and making all the connections of electrical and air conditioning including all accessories like copper tubes with insulation puffs, drainage pipe of required length as per site requirement, stand for mounting the outdoor unit on wall/roof & etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rates quoted shall deemed to be included for extra copper tubing, extra 3 core 4 sqmm cable, waste water pipe as required, mounting brackets for outdoor unit of heavy duty and misc work like nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply and fixing (such as Hanging) 5 star rated as per latest BEE specification with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) ceiling fan, copper winding, 230 V, 1200mm sweep with Min air delivery 210 CFM and service value not less than 6.00 complete with blades, down rod, electronic regulator, 2 Nos of canopy covers with accessories, including connecting with 3 core flexible copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm, including writing of MES No on fan complete all as specified and as directed.
