Supply and fixed in position Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge.

S&F for tinted glass of selected quality, 5mm thick , and glazing with aluminium beading in aluminium door and window shutters all as specified and directed.

M&L 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle bard, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick toughened glass door/ patition of approved colour, design & logo (if required any type) side opening type or sliding type ,single shutter/ double shutter/ fixed glass etc, with complete fittings of approved make including pivot hing , stainless steel cp 450 mm to 600 mm length handle fancy type (for VIP office doors), locking divice with duplicate kye, Spenders partition fixing rods/clits & other fittings if riquired etc, incl S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty & connecting jobs like tile cutting, demolition pcc, plastring & painting etc to make site good including taking down old door of any pattern and any size (Note- All the fittings will be approve by GE/Engr-in-charge before work started) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Imported Vinyl Floor: Seamless antistatic conductive ESD, anti fungal vinyl flooring system, 4mm thick, with perfectly curved flush covings and copper strips for earthing, all joints welded properly including wall scatting. (Smooth Floor level to be provided by customer). Flooring in operation theater room will be seamless with perfectly curved flash-covings, resistance to mechanical stress and dynamic loads and having ESD/EMI (Conductive) protection characteristics, 2mm thick, washable vinyl. Before laying the Flooring a copper strip of width of 25 mm and thickness of 0.05mm is placed in such a way that each flooring tiles get cunnected to earthing.

Material & Labour for anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 600mm x 600mm in floors and skirting etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, including Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 9.5 mm to 10.5mm thick 600mm x 300mm size in verticle surface including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc including Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) double charged / ultra charged polished,1200mm x 600 mm x 9-10 mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in15 mm thick tile adhesive and pointed in tiling grout to match including Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for anti slip coloured ceramic Single piece tiles as in Steps and reiser etc. 9-10 mm thick including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement including Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour prepration of internal surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits and applying acrylic wall care putty on (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc and with and including applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including one coat of interior emulsion primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using the brands of interior emulsion paint and interior emulsion primer as described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

M&L for Providing Gypboard (conforming to IS-2095-1982) manufactured by M/s India Gypsum false ceiling using GI perimeter channel of size 20mm (one flange) x 27mm (web) x 30mm (other flange) x 0.55mm thick along perimeter of ceiling fixed in wall using nylon sleeves and screws suspended from soffit with GI intermediate channels (of size 15mmx45mmx15mmx0.9mm thick) @ 1220mm centre to centre with ceiling angle (of size 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners which alternate fixed to ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having Knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm) using connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to intermediate channel @ 300 mm centre to centre and Gypboard fixed to ceiling section using 25mm drywall screws @ 230mm centre to centre complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed.Including 2 coats of OBD over a coat of 1mm thick putty and taking down of old false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5.00mm thick PVC Wall paneling consisting of any colour and design approved interlocked with each other and fixed with screws complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling consisting of suitable anodised aluminium sections of ‘Tee’ of size not less than 22.50 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm Angle of size 22.5 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm & FI as per std engineering practices with board ceiling boards 6 mm thick in grid of 605 x 605 mm including cutting holes and making good holes for main joist, suspending with 6 mm dia GI wire to roof trusses, purling & rafters etc incl taking down old one, all as specified and directed.

S&F vanising blinds full cloth in rolls of selected/ approved make and quality and any size as per requirement of site including all fittings such as rail and brackets etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt weldedtubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvanium aluminium zinc coating GI bassed corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strenth of 550Map as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screw all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of Red Oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surface over 10 cm girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The removed schedule of credit shall be stacked and deposited in the MES store, the rates for depositing charges are included in respective items of BoQ. Nothing shall be extra paid on this account
