S & F MCB SP single pole, 240 volts, 16 to 32 Amp, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘B’ series type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 2.5 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosures with two pin & earth plug and socket with top complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized iron steel tubing medium grade 15 mm bore with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified Note- Quoted rate will include the cost of making water connection from existing supply line and making good of the wall surface etc all as specified.

Supply and fix Timelite distribution boards of Timelite 40 Amps 3 pole 230 Volt Digital time switch for out door use, weather and vermin proof duly painted with synthetic enamel paint made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with locking arrangement comprising of one number time switch 24 hours operation Accuracy: quartz time base +/- 1 S per day, Power contractor 40 Amp , MCCB 4 pole of suitable size,manual switch and indicator suitable for street light operation and duly fixed on pole with clamps / Grouting on ground complete.

Supply & fixing LED street light 90 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Driver shall be potted antivibration type. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. CRI(colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. System Lumen Efficiency shall be100 Lm/W. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required , if any can be carried out from Top cover.

Supply and installation of dip galvanised octagonal poles 9 m long top dia (A/F) 70 mm bottom dia (A/F) -minimum 130 mm having thickness 3 mm base plate 200 mm x 200 m x 16 mm(LxBxT) including bolt size 4 x 20 mm (Nox dia) , 200 mm pitch circle dia 600 mm bolt length , 100 mm projected bolt length having door opening of sizes 90 x 500 mm above GL and having hot dip galvanized singlr arm plane arm bracket 1000 mm long for pole having top 70 mm A/F for mounting street light fitting fixed on top with nut bolts washers including provision of cable connector for three phases supply and one No MCB SP of 0.5 A to 6A complete alongwith necessary iron work all as specified by manufacturer. MAKE :- BAJAJ model No BOP-9031 or equivalent make of M/s Surya , M/s HPL. NOTE :- Excavation, earth work, , necessary iron work ,PCC And RCC work is included in quoted rate.

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE, of cross section area 25 sqmm 4 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade. Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE, of cross section area 16 sqmm 4 core, PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade. Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc. 1.5mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cables all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Supply,laying & fixing in double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc.. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of size 75 mm outer dia and 61 mm inner dia

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizonally for rod crossing including laying GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade ) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and connecting to earth up to 6 meter length complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PART 1 , with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switche, DBs) complete all as specified & testing on completion.

Supply and fixing / laying in galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement flood Light Luminaire 200 watt with .high power LED cool white, supply voltage 220/240/50 Hz, light engine driver base pole adapter, pressure die cast polycarbonate, powder coated in IP 66 life of 50000 hrs Incliding protection of O/C, S/C, O/V, over temperature and lightning protection inbuilt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FR grade thermoplastic polyethylene outdoor cable junction box hinged/screwed door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for 3 Phase and Nutral incoming cable, 3 Phase and Neutral outgoing cable with terminals/connectors and single Phase & Neutral connection for light fitting, 4 pole, 415 volt and one MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 Volt and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe IP-66, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision metric knockouts for cable entry through gland suitable for 16sq mm to 25sq mm cable as required at site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multistranded copper conductor wire 1.5 Sqmm size, three core all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing LED street light 70/72W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of silent Diesel engine driven generating set 100 KVA/80 KW output AC 415 volts 3 Phase 4 wire, with AMF panel inbuilt, fule tank, silencer and battery with electronic Governor complete as per CPCB IV+ norms for reduction in PM of exhaust Gas treatment system, with an integral enclosures with inbuilt central pollution board control panel comprising of the following : (a) Engine (Prime mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of Minimum 156 BHP water cooled , 12 Volt electronic battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fitting/fixtures as per Manufacturing practice including suitable Engine control panel/ Dash board with electronic technometer, Lub Oil temprature & pressure guages, water temprature guage and Frequency meter (digital type) including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temp. low lubricattion on pressure, over speed and also including self starter alternator, cogged V belt, Fuel Tank with first fill of Lub Oil and Coolent (as applicable etc). (b) Alternator assembly :- Alternator assembly 100 KVA capacity AC 415/440 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, insulation class enclosure /SPDP self excited, self regulated brushless, complete with AVR with +-1% voltage regulation directly coupled to end match the above engine.

(c) Anti Vibration pads for mounting engine alternator assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provided by the manufacture. (d) Base Plate : Made out of structural steel as per manufacture's recommened desingn/specification. (e) Acoustic Enclosure Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure (Make of enclosure shall be as per CPCB IV+ norms for the DG sets to restrict the noise level to 75 db at one metre distance and temprature rise within conopy shall not exceed 7 degree centigrade beyond ambient temp. It shall be made of 16 SWG or manufacture's standard norms CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. The door & glass window shall be as per manufacture's design. The base frame shall be of ISMC. It shall also include the following.: (i) Silencer : Exhaust Gas treatment system reduction in PM to be provided as per CPCB IV+ norms. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cable IS 694 marked. FRLS in conduit and LED lamp fitting. (iii) Fuel Tank made of not less then 14 SWG CRCA sheet duly powder coated and provided with float, guage and fuel float switch, and fuel tank capacity not less then 12 Hours Run of DG set. (f) One nos 12Vx 150 AH Maintenance free batteries or as recommended OEM.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protect0ed by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS cover of thickness 5mm openable type and having suitable locking arrangement and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as specified. Note: (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Supply and laying & testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with multi staranded aluminium conductor size 120 sqmm 3.5 core including all type accessories like thimble,nuts bolts, lugs etc laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, on poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

POL & load for testing of 12 Hours shall be arranged by contractor within overall cost quoted.

M&L for LT feeder pillar box out door type with new supply, installation, commisioning and testing LT feeder pillar box out door type double door and single shutter front open including locking arrangement system made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet of size not less then 0.6x0.6x0.3 mtr and double door,canopy,dust proof, bottom cable entry plate and gland for cable size 35/25/16/10 sqmm 3.5/4 core suitable MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm with aluminium busbar size 250Amps system mounted on hygroscopic insulators bus bar including suitable nut, Bolt and Washer(16 Nos) , & including powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the feeder pillar height 1.5 feet from ground including provision of for incomong and outgoing cable gland, thimbling for old / new cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be of all inclusive.(ii) Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.(iii) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 40 cm below ground level and 60Cm height above ground level . Rate for Platform shall be included in the quoted rate. (a) Incoming (i) MCCB 04 Pole 25 kA, 160 Amp,415 Volts, fixed thermal & magnetic release (Qty 01 No). (b) Out goings (i) MCB SPN 40-63 Amp, 10 KA,240 Volts, (Qty - 06 Nos) (ii) Aluminium bus bar suitable size 3 phase, 4 wire 250 Amp,415 V, duly insulated - set of 4 (iii) Digital Volt meter 0-500V with slector switch. M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, cable protection work will be measure & paid separately)

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps as size of DWC pipe is 63mm O/D and 50 mm Inner dia all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of fwg sizes.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of MCCB four pole 160 Amps with breaking capacity 25KA , 415 Volts, fixed thermal & magnetic release including making all incoming/ outgoing connections fixed & MCCB matching with the existing slots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
