Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate for coping of poles and foundation of stay complete all as specified.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only cross arm with cross arm supports/angle iron induct frame etc incl nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for insulators bolts in any size or shape.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Dismantling and taking old/UNSV stay assembly including Stay wire and insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stay assy complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I of 1991 or directed by Engr-in-charge (Excavation, PCC, saty wire and loop type insulators will be measured separately).

M&L for repair and replacement of galvanized stay strand of size 7/4mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions (90 x140) mm with clearance of hole 25.50mm vitreous white brown or green.

Scraping of old paint from the steel tubular pole swarn neck type 9m height with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative green and white strips of 30cm each upto 1.5m height using synthetic enamel paint. Marking the pole No with black enamel paint over yellow circle of dia 100mm. Repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e U clamps, channels etc above 1.5m height by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.

Painting of pcc pole 9m height without removing accessories with one coat of alternative green and white strips of 30cm each upto 1.5m height using synthetic enamell paint. Marking the pole No with black enamel paint over yellow circle of dia 100mm. Painting the steel parts i.e clamps, channels etc by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.

Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole or pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 35 Sqmm, any core, for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as rquired at site or directed. (Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item).

All as per Srl Item 18 here in above but of size 50 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm.

Material and labour for installation in replacement of cable junction box made of high quality DK thermoplastic of size 200X160X98 mm including four number connection terminals suitable mouted on DN rail for alumn cables upto 25 sqmm 4 core with one single pole MCB 'C' curve type of current rating 6 amps and rupturing cap 10 KA complete with thermoplastic cable glands and fixed on GI Pipe and using pole clamps made out of appropriate material all as required at site or directed including inspection/ site testing (after installation at site) by company engineer. (Note: GI pipe measured separatally)

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) LT Pole No ___ or HT Pole No ____ , S/L Pole No _______ and Location code not exceeding 30cm high, stop, commas, short lines, dashes, hypens, brackets etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note : 10 No letters, figures and 10 No Stops, commas & short lines included in each job.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sqmm 2 Core nominal cross section in service connection complete all as spd and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of MS Sheet of thickness 1.6mm for making closing/ lid arrangement of cable juntion made inside of swaged neck poles by cutting/ fabricating MS Sheet as site requirement and fixing of MS Sheet by welding or by any other suitable method including painting complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh refilling with vegitable soil without bolders and stones, gravels and aggregate etc, and CI cover with frame PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 exavation and earth work all as shown in electical plate No. 03 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Notes: The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free vegetable soil.

M&L for grass drying chemical near fencing area of E/M installation all as specified and directed.

Balacing of load in R,Y,B phase of UG cable of one transformer of 5 LT panels having 10 Nos blocks feeder at MAP Bhaskar enclave or any Md Accn of Mamun cant by Addition alteration of cable in DB / over head conductor / LT panel of feeder and find out and made equal load balancing in transformer LT side as specifeid and directed at site by Engr -in-charge. Note: Prepare load balancing chart each and every Qtr network.

Supply and Replacement of LED street light fitting 45 Watts, with surge protection 4 KV inbuilt in driver and minumum 10 KV separate, IP 66, having pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass, individual LED lenses complete making connection with street light box or OH line using PVC insulated and overall sheathed twin core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm and GI bracket, clamps two nos complete with nut, bolts suitable for fitting, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Driver should be potted antivibration type, IP 66 and should be sustain 440V for 2-4 hours. (ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 lakh burning hours LED life from NABL Lab shall be provided. (iii) CRI colour rendering index of fixture shall be greater than 70, (iv) CCT (colour correlated Temperature) of fixture shall be +/- 300K. (v) system lumen efficiency shall be 100 lm/Watt. (vi) 5 Year warantee shall be provided by contractor supporting by OEM covering all part of lumineres. (vii) LED should be High Power SMD with individual lenses, making connection with street light box or OH line using PVC insulated and overall sheathed twin core multi staranded aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm all as directed by engr in charge.

Removing all connections from LT panel having feeders above 08 Nos (Total of incoming and outgoing), any capacity, indoor or outdoor type, for repairs/ servicing. Seggregatng serviceable and U/S items. Cleaning properly all serviceable parts by removing dust, carbon deposits etc. Removing U/S thimbles if any of connections. Keeping aside serviceable items for reuse and removing U/S items from site.

Material and labour for replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm.

Material and labour for replacement of Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) ® 19141.

Cutting bushes, levelling the area around E/M installation, sub stations, pole structure etc including surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out roots etc and removing from site not less than 50m and surface dressing, complete, all as specified and directed.
