Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance interoir paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces , including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of NEW plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint paint over a coat of cement primer on wall surfaces ; including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preperation of OLD decorated surfaces of walls by scraping and washing down with, removing all acales/dirts and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over and including applying 1mm thick plaster of paris putty to prepare the surface even and smooth including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying three coats of whitewash on ceiling including preperation of NEW plastered surfaces including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preperation of OLD decorated surfaces of walls by scraping and washing down with, removing all acales/dirts and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (1st Quality) over and incl incl applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of whitewash on ceiling including preperation of OLD plastered surfaces including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices , Chajjas, facia etc by scrapping mannually & as well with mechanical means to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed & repair of external surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices , Chaajas, facia etc including preparation of old surface by filling cracks with cement based putty paste and make good smoothen surface by sand paper and apply two coats of premium weather proof exterior emulsion of approved colour & make over & including one coat of water based exterior grade primer , including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Premium weather proof exterior emulsion and primer shall be diluted with water as per manufacture's instructions. (ii) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint . (ii) Necessary scaffolding at any height is included in the quoted rates of this items complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Make : Asian Paints Ultima Protect / Nerolac Suraksha plus / Berger Weather Coat

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices , Chaajas, facia etc by scrapping mannually as well with mechanical means to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed & repair of external surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices , Chaajas, facia etc including preparation of old surface by filling cracks with cement based putty paste and make good smoothen surface by sand paper and applying two coats of premium quality Cement Base Paint of approved colour & make over & including one coat of Cement based exterior grade primer , including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Premium Cemnent Base Paint and Primer shall be diluted with water as per manufacture's instruction . (ii) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint . (iii) Necessary scaffolding at any height is included in the quoted rates of this items complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Make (1st Quality) :- Snowcem, Asian, Jenson & Nicholson, Berger, Duracem, British Xtracem

Material and Labour for Preparing of OLD decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces including scrapping of old existing treatment of walls pillars cornices applying one coat of white wash and making smooth surface including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for apply One coat of synthetic enamel pain on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration of OLD surfaces including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for One coat of synthetic enamel painting on wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration of OLD surfaces including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Preparing of OLD decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces including scrapping of old existing treatment of walls/pillars cornices/stone kerb and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint and making smooth surface ; Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm height ; Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:1.5:3 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for repair of Chajja, Fascia, parapets etc using chicken wiremes upto 8 m height including necessary formwork, scaffolding. And applying two coats of cement base paint over coat of primer over cement plaster 1:4 ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for old decorated plaster surfaces of any description including scrapping of old existing treatment of wall pillars cornics and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint interior grade including filling putty in depression and making smooth surfaces ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
