TMT Bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified.

Ditto but 5 mm to 8 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded agg) (Nominal mix) as in as in columns, pillars, piers etc.

Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to FE.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfacesover one coat of red oxide primer including prepartion of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F MS Plates plain , square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, welded with mild steel hinges and handles for lifting FE 410 W (Gde-E-250), all as specified as directed.

S&F cutting holes in brick walls in mud mortar exc. one brick but not exc. two bricks for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required.

M&L Two coats of cement base paint incl preparation of surface and match with existing surface finish.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening.

M&L Bands, straps, supportor stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, hold fast including bolts, if required;hooks(stay), heavy for large gates;hook and pintle hinges;largehasp and staples;chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps;holdfast; wall ties;hooks for hanging fans;plain angle cleat for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters ;knee piece inserts;two wayand three way straps, plate washersand similer small articles confirming to FE.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilld for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepaired for hangingor sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging;also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and ottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED street light luminaries IP 66 LED operating on 170 wat V AC supply with power factor 0.9, THD 10% and efficiency of the luminaire more than 80% and the total system wattage not more than 135W .The luminaire should have die cast aluminium housing with good thermal management and silicon rubber gasket to ensure IP protection. The LED should have colour rendering index more than 70% and colour temperature of /= 5500 degree K. The luminaire should have system efficacy of 95 Lumens/ Watt. The total delivered lumens should be more than 3500 lumens, Driver Efficiency 85%. The vendor should produce LM79 test report approved by U/L certified test lab. The LED should have at least 50,000 burning hours service life for 70% lumen maintenance. The Luminaire includes Special overvoltage and undervoltage protection device (HI-LO CUTOFF) for sturdy and rigid operation acessories all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MCB SP, 10 Amps to 32 Amps, C series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240/410 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. all as directed.

S&F MCB double pole 40 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. all as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB 240 Volts, SPN 2 way with provision for as incomer and MCB SP,SPN/TP 6-32 Amps as outgoing as per IS door earthing complete double door concealed in wall and making good distrubed surface area IP 43 protection including connection etc. with proper size copper cable lugs, connector etc complete all as specified.

S&F cable 1.5 sqmm 3core PVC insulated and sheathed submersible type with stranded copper conductor (for Light).

M&L for point wiring (concealed) on wall complete with FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 2.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic heavy grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/floors/ceilings etc by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable modular boxes,modular switch plates and 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F socket modular type 06/ 16 Amps, 2/3 pin combine, 2 module, 240 volts all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F switch modular type 16 Amps, 1 module , 240 volts all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&L Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq cm fixed complete and including with all pipe fittings such as ends, sockets, elbows, unions, tees, reducing tees, adopters,socketrs, plugs, hose clips etc. of size 40 mm bore The cost of joint for existing pipe to new pipw shall be deemed to be included in this item rat (for protection of 35/25 sqmm cable).
