M&L coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite of any type work ( table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2, using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing laid on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed including dismantling/demolition of existinf floor/slab finishes.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, staright or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean redius, built in 1:6 cement mortar.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls, pillars cornices over a coat of alkali resistant primer of same make complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonary Including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement mortar and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including applying two coat of cement base paint over and after preparation of new plastered surfaces.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc including applying two coats oil bound distemper (OBD) over and after preparation of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc and M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm ver and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm dia tubes medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down and cleaning for removal to store etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 20 mm dia tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed including dismantling water tanks exc 250 ltr and nexc 500 ltr and removing to store.

-Ditto- all as per item above but 1000 ltr capacity including dismantling of old tanks all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum ompressivestrength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Ariation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood owder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of lasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, ater/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately.
