Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified

Material & labour for Point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor earth wire drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fittings viz tees, bend, junction box and pressed steel sunken box 60 mm deep & 1.6 mm thick duly painted inside and anticorrosive out side for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size, connecting earth for light/fan/bell point including cutting chases in walls and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Switch/bell push/fan regulator shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fixing 5 star rated as per latest BEE specification with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) ceiling fan, copper winding, 230 V, 1200mm sweep with Min air delivery 220 CMM and service value not less than 6.00 complete with blades, down rod, canopy covers, 5 step speed control fan regulator suitable for BLDC fan with accessories, including connecting with 3 core flexible copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm and including fixing of PVC fan round sheet on ceiling and writing of MES No on fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. Note:Excavation and earth work measured separately.

Supply, fixing and testing of 100W LED flood ligh shall be made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy polyester powder coating for long life along with cross arm with nuts, bolts & washer. The luminarie shall be complee available CCT 5700K, IP 66 for optical compartment and control gear compartment. The optical compartment shall be coverded with heat resistant toughened glass for safety. The LED flood light should be top maintainable for easy maintenance including cross arm with clamps, nuts, bolts and washer. LED flood light shall be use multiple LEDs to get sufficient light output from the luminarie. The LED flood light shall be integral type. the input voltage rang shall be 150V to 270V. The LED driver shall be of isolated type with contant current voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED flood light shall have power factor more than 0.95 complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) Criver shall be potted anti-vibration types. ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be provided. iii) CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of fixture shall be 70. iv) CCT (Colour Co-related Temperature) of fixture shall be 5700K +300K. v) System Lumen Efficancy shall be 100 Lm/W. vi) 10KV sparate surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. vii) 5 years guarantee shall be provided by contractor supported by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. viii) Lenses shall be modular type. ix) PCB used shall be MC PCB type. x) The defect liability period of LED shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over to contractor for replacement/repair. xi) CA No shall be written on each fitting before installation. xii) The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. xiii) The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out fron top cover.
