M&L preparing New plastered surfaces on walls one coat of primer paint, and applying two cement Base paint with 1 mm wall care putty all as speified complete all as specified directed by EIC.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of Mud in roof any thick ness including plastering and leeping (Whether full thickness removed or only a part therof)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 50 mm thick average (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing liquid as in padding in roof kerb to maintain slope correction of the depressed undraution portion complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L Brushing one coat of cement bonding agent incl application as per manufacture complete all as specified & directed by EIC. Make Pidilite, Dr Fixit, Sikha etc

Roughing/ brushing the surface of old concrete/cement floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc Repair to Crack and plug holes : Old/New concrete surface should be free from crack and hole if cracks, 3mm crack, groove u shape on crack area to big enough for apply Dr Fixit MS 25 sealent to seal crack and allow to cure for a day prior to furter treatmenmt. Application : Supply and apply of one coat of primer of Dr Fixit Denzi Block to fill the porous in concrete surface and allow to leve for 02 Hours. Aftrer primer cure, Apply first coat of paint/spray of Dr Fixit New Coat at 2.80 Kgs /Sqm (dry Film thickness 1000 micron) and allow for 1 to 2 hours for dry prior to applying second coat perpendicularly, when applying floor or wall joint apply Dr Fixit Newbond at least 30 cm height above floor level using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable incl complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) The work should be executed through the auth applicator after approval from Engg-in-charge)

M& L for Cutting out crack to V Section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landings, chhajjas and similar suspended work complete all as speceified and directed by EIC.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete type B0-1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggreegate as in walls, beams and columns in floors roofs, landing balconies canopies, deck slab and in shelves, ceiling plaster and buttresses complete all as speceified and directed by EIC.

M L for mild steel bar 8 to 10 mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with wire (anneled) not less than 0.9mm dia or secvuring with clip quality conforming to FE-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

M & L for form work to chullah hoods, chhajjas, chhajjas troughs and similar items including edges complete all as speceified and directed by EIC.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting existing tank capcity 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repair , cleaining, etc and hosting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in postion. (Cleaning and removing all scale and dirty etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc.

S&F 20 mm Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

M&L Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hangers 6mm dia G.I (Upto 1200mm length) adjusted level fixed to roof slab by Means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia ,40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified. Make : (i) Aluminum section : VALCO, HINDALCO, JINDAL (ii) Gypsum board :- GYPSUM INDAI Ltd/LA GYP ECO Board.
