S&F flame proof light luminaries well glass suitable for LED tube light having 1 x 20 Watt compress of body made in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluninuuim, retainging ring fixed to main body , mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminarire is provided with LED lamps, and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories, main connector suitable up to 2.5 Sqmm incoming cable and earthing terminals and fixing at convenient location, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor shall submit Purchase Vouchers, e-way bill, test certificate while claiming of payment.

S & F flame proof ceiling fan with regulator of 48", single phase including hanging rod of suitable size connetion and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 16 A 230 Volts 2 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket dgree of protection IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof, flame proof distribution board of cast aluminum alloy LM-6, MCB type, SPN-4 way with 40 Amps rotary switch as incomer and MCB SP 'C' series, 10 KA, 10 Amp- 2 Nos & 16 Amps -2 Nos as outgoing and the DV shall be openable type alongwith MCBs on the door of the flame proof DV, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium / copper point wiring with surface/ concealed stove enamelled steel / PVC conduit or wooden batten (light, fan, socket or power) including sunk in cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, regulators, call bell, light fitting any sketch etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for concealed point wiring for light points with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS two run of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade & one run of 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC conduit not less than 19/20 mm dia with all fittings, shunk in MS Pressed steel terminal boxes suitable depth and 1.6mm thick (duly painted with two coat of anticorrosive paint outsite and Aluminium paint inside) with top cover 2.8 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for mounting of switches/sockets and fan regulators etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of cutting of chases wherever required in walls/ floors shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of point wiring.

Supply and fixing of bldg security light fitting 35 Watt LED New generation Energy Saving & Environment friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-66 roadway luminaries with high power LEDs as light source and electronic drive including fixing arrangment on wall with security light mounting bracket, GI pipe of suitable size medium grade for mounting bracket bent to shape upto 1.50 meter length and fixing arrangement with two Nos of MS clamps set, nut, bolts, washers, and applying two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of Zinc oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement flame proof circuit sub main wiring in and including steel conduit with two single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size 4 Sqmm including one run earth wire of 4 Sqmm to be drawn in steel stove enamelled black rigid conduit 25 mm dia medium grade including all flame proof conduit accessories such as tee, bend elbow, conduit junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel conduit, conduit accessories, circuit wires and earth wires complete shall be treated as one unit for the purpose of payment.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN 63 Amps, 10 KA rating, 'B' series 10 KA 415 volt 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 'B' series MCB DP 40 amps, 240 volts, 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 'B' series MCB SP 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE cable 1100 volts of PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 70 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F XLPE cable 1100 volts of PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 35 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning in trenches and well ramming in layers with 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with fine dry sand for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned thickness of sand 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of bricks for cble protection with well burnt sub class B bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in approved excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI pipe 40mm dia bore light grade with all fittings for cable protection, and fixed complete to wall, panel, pole or laid in trenches and road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacemnt LT Panel board as per IS-8632, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet, outdoor cubical type, totally enclosed, weather dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening of 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz including internal wiring with copper conductor including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including connecting all incoming and outgoing cable feeders with necessary cable glands, thimbles etc. The panel should have angle iron base frame made of 40 x 40 x 6 mm fixed / grouted, including suitable size PCC blocks with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate foundation support, well finishing with cement mortar and comprising of the following switchgear and accessories :- (a) 04 strips of aluminium bus bar with insulation colour sleeves of capacity 400 Amp fixed on PVC heat shrinkable insulator heavy duty. (b) Volt meter 0-500 volts, digital type, panel mounted, flush type, three phase of size 96x96mm complete with built in selector switch - 01 No. (c) Amp meter 0-500 Amps, digital type panel mounted, flush type, three phase of size 96x96mm complete with built in selector switch with suitable size of CTs-01 No. (d) Indicator lamp LED type on all phases (R,Y,B) - 03 Nos.

M&L in replacement Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6cm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m bellow normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on complete including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate pit , funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC. Test point, GI wire 4mm dia from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 tyupe B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm.

M&L in replacement for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6.00mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate no less than 1.5m bellow normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternatie layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and inlcuding funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC. Test point, GI strip 32x6mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 tyupe B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicted situatin for loop earhting etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire as per BIS 5514/IS-10002 complete with standard control panel, of capacity continuous rating 82.5 KVA at NTP conditions with acoustic enclosure and canopy cover considering all derating factors and comprising of the following :- (a) ALTERNATOR : Self regulated with brushless self excitation 82.5KVA, 415volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hertz, 0.8 PF,1500 RPM, with voltage variation plus or minus 2.5% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load, foot mounted, screen protected, drip proof type with class 'F' insulation, closed coupled single bearing alternator, with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturers, conforming to BS-5000/IS-4772, capable of supplying unbalanced load. (b) Engine : Multi/cylinder, compression ignition, heavy duty, compact diesel engine liquid cooled with standard accessories, all as per BS-5514/ISO-3046,1500 RPM, control gauges, RPM/Hours meters etc; shaft HP suitable for generating application and capable of giving an output of 82.5 KVA for coupled alternator under NTP conditions, complete with following:-

(i) Flywheel housing with flywheel to suit closed coupled single bearing alternator. (ii) Air-cleaner dry type with vacuum indicator. (iii) Fuel pump and fuel piping 15mm MS pipe with bends, flanges etc. (iv) Fuel filter with water separator and filter element. (v) Lub-oil filter with filter element (vi) DC starter 12 volts. (vii) Storage Batteries of suitable voltage and ampere-hours as recommended by the manufacturers. (viii) Residential silencer as per CPCB norms (ix) Supporting/fixing arrangement for muffler with celiling through antivibration pads. (x) Engine overspeed stop/trip switch. (xi) Radiator with fan. (xii) Dynamo for battery charging. (xiii) Corrosion inhibitor coolant. (xiv) Engine control panel electronic digital display type consisting of battery voltage indicator, lub oil temp and pressure gauges coolant water temp gauge, RPM indicator cum hour meter etc. (xv) Safety controls for alarm due to high water temp (HWT) and low lub oil pressure (LLOP). (xvi) Any other devices/accessories recommended/supplied by the manufacturers as standard equipment.

(c) SKID : The engine and alternator will be coupled, aligned and mounted on a specially designed common base frame fabricated from MS channels of suitable cross sectional area and length with bottom drilled holes suitable for and including supplying and fixing anti vibration pads of required size and numbers as recommended by the manufacturers for mounting of 82.5 KVA/66 KW DG set. (d) AMF Panel : AMF panel shall be of suitable size factory made indoor cubical type front openable fabricated from CRCA steel sheet 1.6mm thick complete as per manufacturer specification of Diesel Engine suitable for DG Set of capacity 82.5KVA grouted in floor by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 foundation of suitable size as per manufacturers recommendations complete in all respects and consisting of the following :- (i) Contactor ML of suitable capacity. (ii) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amps (04 Nos) for phase and neutral. (iii) Sensitivity relay set unit with auxiliary relay CT's. (iv) Electronic latch circuit with tripping indication. (v) Instantneous tripping device suitable for complete panel over current 0.5 Amp. (vi) Reset facilities for complete protection of AMF Panel. (vii) Self squential starting relay unit 12 volts DC complete with alarm and power contactor.

(viii) Electronic timer 220 Volts for main contactor with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor. (ix) Electronic timer 220 volts for fuel cut off operation for with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor. (x) Battery charging unit 12volts 10amp complete with digital voltmeter & Ampmeter. (xi) All as per item No (ix) here in before but for fuel cut off operation. (xii) Electrical starter 12volts DC as per manufacturer's design. (xiii) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts panel mounting type size 96sqmm with digital selector switch. (xiv) 3 Phase electronic energy meter for measuring generated units. (xv) Frequency meter (Digital type) of suitable rating. (xvi) MCCB 250Amps 4 Pole 36 kA & MCCB 250Amp 4 Pole 36 kA breaking capacity with fixed thermal and magnetic release for main supply & DG Supply adjustable over load and adjustable short circuit each- 01 No. (xvii) The AMF panel shall have manually by pass arrangement in case of failure of AMF Panel. (xviii) Other accessories, if any , as per manufacturer instructions.

(e) Diesel tank made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet of capacity for 8 hours continuous run on full load, with caliberated scale (fuel level indicator) dip stick, fuel inlet/outlet , Air vent, drain plug and inlet arrangement for direct filling, including suitable size gate valve in outlet, tank to be fitted at suitable height, inbuilt diesel tank as per manufacturer's recommendation should be at bottom of DG set. (f) Sound proof enclosure with residential silencer (CPCB approved) the sound less than 75 decibal at a distance of 1mtr from canopy in free field zone. (g) PCC/RCC foundation complete as per manufacturers own design or as per directions of Engineer-in- charge. The foundation shall be approved by GE before intallation of DG set. (h) Documents : Three sets of following documents :- Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator, spare parts catalogue, warranty / test certificates, schematic diagrams of control panels. (j) other items : List of tools and two years normal maintenance spares as per manufacturers recommended lists, duly priced, item wise.

Notes :- (i) DG set shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge & Accepting Officer and the cost thereof deemed to be included in quoted rates.Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) The contractor shall submit Purchase Vouchers, e-way bill, test certificate while claiming of payment of DG set.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commisioning of Flame proof AC split type, hermetically sealed explosion proof compressor of 407C, Eco-friendly, condensing coil made up of aluminium blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerant leakage, condensing coil of cooling unit should be copper tupes and aluminium blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerent leakages, single phase, cooling capacity 2 TR, fixed on suitable size perforated angle iron frame for mounting condensing unit as required and evaporator grouted in side room at suitable height with provision of outlet of draining water pipe upto floor level gas connection by soldering or brazing including extra copper pipe duly insulated by insulator material and filling of gas where as required and testing after installation, GI enclosure for condensor and cooling unit will be used to integrate the components of condensing as well as cooling unit, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor shall submit Purchase Vouchers, e-way bill, test certificate while claiming of payment of Flame Proof AC.

Supply and fixing of 5 KVA Flame proof wall mounting type Electronic Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F copper pipes of size 3/8 inches dia and 0.8 mm thick alongwith insulation sleeve and electrical cables, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 51 above but size 5/8 inches dia.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches / on wall / on poles / in ducts / passing through pipes etc including jointing material such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for feeder pillars box factory made, out door type, made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less than 3mm of size 50x50x30cm with aluminium bus bar strip 4 Nos of 300 Amps rated suitable for 1100 volt (LT) mounted of LT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos of angle iron 30x30x6mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx15cm in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with two coats of smoke grey stove enameled paint over a coat of primer including providing MCCB 63 Amp, 16 KA rating, 4 pole, fixed type - 01 No and 16 Amp socket with switch-06 Set, 06 Amp switch with socket-03 Nos, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605x605mm including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI, flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gypsum tile 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.
