Supply and fixing in repair tubular towel railbrass chromium plated 20 mm dia D type 60 cm long including end brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free antiskid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:6 incl dismentalling of old /broken tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 600mm x 300 x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 incl dismentalling of old /broken tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for double charged VitrifiedTiles , of area exc 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm and 7-8 mm thick or of size as approved as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to match over and including the provision of 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 including dismentalling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No above but on vertical surfaces as in skirtings etc on 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, including dismentqalling of exsiting tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs marble work (Udaipur green slabs) not less than 16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and urinal partions and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including rounding the edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore long body bib taps with Wall Flanges, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china (white) squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern, white, size 580 x 440x260 mm, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipe, anti-syphonic pipe etc including making good to floor and including trap set, in and including lime concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, fancy type, size 550 x 400 mm including cast iron cartilever bracket 32 mm dia brass waste coupling and including PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia, fixing of waste fitting and union complete all as specified and directed. .Make :- Hindware Cat No 10055 or equivalant from Jaguar / Parryware / Cera.

S&F in repair 110mm dia Pvc SWr Pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and fixing with clamps complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth but without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound uincl Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including cornices & pillasters etc as per manufacturer's specifications & instructions including preparation of surface, including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.note : cost of wpc shall be included in this quoted rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:6) on other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement incl M & L for preparation of new plastered surafaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturer instructions and including taking down old cement plaster all as specified and directred.

Material and labour for Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular surface of Ceiling in cement mortar in (1:3) finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement and incl Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl 15 mm thick render in cement mortar in 1:4 incl demolition of old brickwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tee Grid frame work made of GI sheet 0.30mm thick, bottom portion painted with cellular nitro painting consisting angle cleats of size 25mm wide 1.6m thick with flag fixed to RCC ceiling with door fasterner or wrapping the suspending wire around the existing wooden/steel/purlin/rafter for suspending grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm c/c on main Tee and fixed to T-grid as per manufacturer's instructions. The section of main Tee 37mm x 24mm x 0.60mm and perimeter angle 24mm x 24mm x 0.50mm thick shall be fixed to wall with GI screws 40mm long and 450mm c/c along the perimeter of wall all as per manufacturer's instructions.incl S & F Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wiremesh incl dismentalling of false ceiling of any type and description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hollow PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on including PVC frame including PVC beading on edges & top etc as per specifications incl dismentalling of exsiting wall panelling of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing or by using mechanical sander and applying two coat of ACRYLIC distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.
