Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 35 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having standard fittings and sound proof canopy with Noise level is 75 dB (A) at 1 meter distance as per latest CPCB-IV norms specified by CPCB, with new PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendations complete all as apecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) 35 KVA D.G. Set Comprising of 4 cylinder vertical, 4 stroke Water Cooled Diesel Oil Engine developing 57 BHP @1500 RPM close coupled to 35 KVA, Three Phase, 415 Volt, 0.8 power factor,single bearing brushless Alternator complete with Battery , Fuel Tank & CPCB approved canopy . The detailed scope of supply is as under : A. DIESEL ENGINE COMPRISING OF :- (i) Class A 1 Governor (ii) Battery charging Alternator (iii) Engine Safty Sensors( LLOP & HWT) (iv) Air cleaner (v) Lube oil Filter (vi) Fuel filter (vii) Fuel tank (viii) Residential silencer (ix) 01 No 12V battery with battery leads (x) First fill of lube oil and coolent B. ALTERNATOR : Alternator of 35 KVA at 1500 RPM at 0.8 lagging power factor , 415 Volts 50 Hz, suitable for Three Phase system. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 4722/BS: 2613/IEC 60034-1 and will be suitable for standard ambient condition.

C. DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL : The Digital Manual Control Panel is equipped with 16 bit high speed RISC Processor based Sedemac controller, with display of following parameters :- Voltage , frequency , Current, RPM, Comulative hours run, Oil pressure, Coolent temp, charging voltage etc. The Secmac provides following safety to the engine against :- Under & over Voltage, Under & over frequency, under & over speed, overload, Low Lube Oil Pressure, High coolent tempreture, emergency OFF, with Battery charge 12V, DC-2.5A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for BOQ item No. 1.00 & 1.01 :- (i) The rate for making foundation for DG set as per recommendation by manufacturer's and the cost of excavation, brick work, concrete, steel etc. shall be included in the quoted rate. The drawing for foundation as per manufacturer's design shall be approved by GE. (ii) The drawing and detailed specification of DG set shall be approved by Accepting Officer as & when requested by contractor before placing order to manufacturer. (iii) Pre commissioning test for DG Set shall be carried out by the representative of the Accepting Officer as & when requested by the contractor.
