The values of works can be updated to current price levels. Specifically, the values and percentages mentioned are: - 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for the minimum annual financial turnover. The bidder should also provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported by performance certificates from the authority for whom the work was completed.
