Online bids are invited from OEMs/Authorized dealers/Distributors/Open Market for supply of items as mentioned in BOQ. 2. Rates shall be quoted in the Microsoft Excel sheet uploaded as BOQ on the CPP website. (on CPPP site Only online bids will be accepted. 3. Enquiry document may be downloaded from Central Public Procurement Portal site as per the schedule given below: CRITICAL DATE SHEET Date of Publishing 05 Mar 2019 at 1615 hrs Bid Document Download Date 05 Mar 2019 at 1630 hrs Clarification Start Date 05 Mar 2019 at 1700 hrs Clarification End Date 05 Mar 2019 at 1800 hrs Bid Submission Start Date 06 Mar 2019 at 0900 hrs Bid Submission End Date 11 Mar 2019 at 1015 hrs Bid Opening Date 12 Mar 2019 at 1030 hrs 4. Bids shall be submitted online only at CPPP website: Offline /Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bidders are advised to follow the instructions provided in the ‘Instructions to Bidders for the e-submission of the bids online through the Central Public Procurement Portal for e Procurement at’. 5. The work is estimated to cost Rs 28,000/- approximately or as subsequently amended in tender documents or uploaded in CPPP website htps:// eprocure/app. This estimate, however, is not a guarantee and is merely given as a rough guide and if works cost more or less, the bidders shall have no claim on that account of what so ever nature. 6. Earnest money is not required. 7. Not more than one bid shall be submitted by one firm or supplier having business relationship. Under no circumstance will father and his son(s) or other close relations who have business relationship with one another (i.e. when one or more partner(s)/director(s) are common) be allowed to bid for the same work as separate competitors. A breach of this condition will render the tenders of both parties liable to rejection. 8. The Commander WBW will be the accepting officer herein after referred to as such, for the purpose of this bid. 9. Intending bidders are advised to visit again CPPP web site 3 days prior to end date of submission of bids for any corrigendum / addendum/ amendment. 10. The quantity mentioned in BOQ are subjected to increase or decrease. 11. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender at any stage without assigning any reason. 12. The Accepting Officer reserves his right to accept a bid submitted by a Public Undertaking, giving a purchase preference over other bidders tender (s) which may be lower, as are admissible under the Govt policy. No claim for any compensation or otherwise shall be admissible from such bidders whose bids may be rejected on account of the said policy. 13. Before quoting the rates on each enquired item, bidders are requested to check the sample/specimens at WBW (GREF), location, in order to avoid complication/deletion on later stage. 14. Consignee location: - Stores will be Consigned to WBW (GREF), Pathankot (Punjab), PIN- 145001. 15. The following terms and conditions will govern supply of stores:- (a) Stores will be supplied within the stipulated date of delivery given in the supply order. No extension will be granted except in the case of natural calamity, factory lock out, etc. which is beyond the control of supplier. In such cases supplier shall/should approach this office well in advance but not later than the date for consideration towards extension of date of deli
