Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall paneling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W' profile (0.55 mm thick ) having a knurled web of 51.55mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.55mm, placed @ 610mm C/C in perimeter channel having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm with thickness of 0.55mm and web of length 27mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Boards fixed to the 'W' profile with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @200mm C/C., all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge the joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish. Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 143 x 57 mm having built in rebate made out of 16 SWG G.I.sheet G.I.sheet (zinc coating not less than 120gm/sqm) duly filled with vermiculite based concrete mix, suitable for mounting 120 minutes fire rated door shutters. The frame is fitted with intumuscent fire seal strip of size 10x4 mm (minimum) alround the frame and providing & fixing with dash fastener of approved size and make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant Zinc Phosphate and Epoxy primer and finished with PU paint complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 48 mm thick fire resistant steel door shutters of 120 minutes fire rating conforming to IS:3614 (Part-II) with suitable mounting on doorframe, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail 100mm wide, bottom rail 200mm wide, made out of minimum 1mm thick G.I.sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) formed to provide a 48mm thick fully flush. double skin door shell with seamless welding joint all around duly filled FR insulation material in frame and panels 2 hours fire rating and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of approved make including providing & fixing fire rated vision panel of minimum 6mm thick fire glass with wire, of size 200x300mm having minimum 120 minutes fire resistance fixed with G.I. beading of appropriate size made out of 20 SWG G.I.sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm sealant), including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant Zinc Phosphate and Epoxy primer and finished with PU paint. The doors shall be provided with External Trim Device and Panic Bar (One-Point for single-leaf and 3-Point set for double-leaf doors) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel body with fire rating resistance of 2 hours hydraulic door closer for 48mm thick fire rated door shutters conforming to IS standards with necessary accessories and screws etc. of Stanley or equivalent make complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel Dead Lock of conforming to IS standards with necessary accessories and screws etc. of approved brand & manufacture complete with three keys complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel D-Type handles of 250mm length 19mm outer dia. Stainless steel 304 Grade conforming to IS standards with necessary accessories and screws etc. of approved brand & manufacture complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel door stoppers of conforming to IS standards with necessary accessories and screws etc. of approved brand & manufacture complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of :

(a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mmx100mmx3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5mm welded with GI fully threaded stud16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x35 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange).

The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

450 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH).

Extra for providing and fixing removable raised / false access flooring with extra depth system pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2mm and 25mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the GI base plate of size 100mmx100mmx3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, GI pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position to maintain floor level of 600mm above finished floor instead of 450mm above finished floor .

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 gsm/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross T of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. , as per details in para (a) to (e) here under: Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, rawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

False ceiling tiles shall be of fine textured tegular type high NRC tiles of size 595x595mm and of thickness 15mm manufactured from high density glass wool. he system should have sound absorption NRC value not less than 0.70. Tiles should with stand a permanent ambient RH upto 95% without sagging. Tiles shall be fixed on Gypsteel precoated (exposed portion only) grid system in 600x600mm module. Vendor shall undertake supply and installation of the grid system.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183 having density 24 kg/cum , 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene Bags fixed to wall with screw, rawl plug & washers and held in position by criss crossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime to give an even shade:

New work (three or more coats)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall / Wood surface :

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On concrete work

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Fixing chowkhat in existing opening in brick / RCC wall with dash fasteners/Chemical fasteners of appropriate size (3 nos on each vertical ember of door chowkhat and 2 nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including Cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground.

For door/ window/ clerestory window.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

For door/ window/ clerestory window.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead :

Up to 10 mm thick

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Repair of door opening by making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete and preparing the surface smooth with required plaster / brick work / cement conctrete and preparing the opening of required size so as to fix the new door frame complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.
