JOB SCOPE: Upgradation of existing 2 head GD to 3 head GD. Job includes supply and installation of requisite parts for upgradation with all associated jobs i.e. mechanical, civil, and electrical. 2. Vendor has to provide one year basic warranty. Date of Start of warranty will be considered from the date of successful commissioning report or receipt of material at plant 3. Minor changes in specification can be done at site as per the specific requirement and officer in-charge and vendor has to agree for this. 4. The job should be completed within 5 months from date of issuance of LOI. 5. We request you to go through all Tender documents carefully before submitting your quotations. Any clarifications regarding the work can be sought from our Office at Lalru LPG Plant, Village Alamgir, P.O. Tiwana, Dist S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab - 140501 on any working day during normal working hours before due date of the tender. 6. It is advisable to Tenderer that he or his representative should visit the site for better understanding of Job scope before quoting before due date during general working days and it also advised to tenderer to be present in person or should send his representative at the time of opening of tender at office on due date of opening. 7. The tenderer having valid Digital Certificate and Login ID can download the tender from the website (https://bpcleproc.in/). The downloaded documents once read carefully have to be uploaded by the tenderer under their Login ID duly certified with Digital Certificate, in token of acceptance of all tender terms and conditions there-in OR only Tender conditions / Technical documents duly stamped & signed should then send to the office address as indicated in this tender. Since this is e-tender, so price bid not required to submit along with technical documents/EMD. 8. BPCL Registered vendor, NSIC or other govt. approved institution registered vendor has to provide valid certificate. Successful Tenderer has to submit security deposit after issuance of LOI. 9. The rates quoted by the tenderer should be inclusive octroi, P &F, Freight etc other than GST. BPCL will not pay any amount towards other taxes, levies, octroi, fees and the successful tenderer will have to adhere to all Govt. rules & regulations etc. 10. Material is to be supplied during working hrs on any working day with intimation to us. Material to be supplied on Door Delivery Basis. 11. No loading and unloading charges will be given by BPCL. Material unloading charges at Site it will be borne by Successful tenderer. 12. The Tender should be strictly in line with our terms and conditions. Any Tender not confirming to the terms and conditions prescribed in the Tender Documents shall be rejected. Counter terms and conditions will not be accepted. 13. Successful tenderer has to submit performance bank guaranty (PBG) before signing of the formal Agreement etc. 14. All the rates quoted will remain firm during the tenure of the contract. No escalation of any nature will be permissible. Also, no reimbursement will be made for any new taxes, duties, levies etc. 15. All entries in the Tender Documents should be in ink/ Typed Corrections, if any, should be attested by full signature of the Tenderer. 16. For supply items, payment shall be made for the actual quantity used/ installed.
