Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire rushes andsmall picks, sweeping with brooms or softbrushes and finally dusting with old gunnybags and/or compressed air to receivebituminous treatment. As per clause no502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on granular base such as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6 to 10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application offine aggregate premix with bitumen binderin mini hot mix plant, carriage manually ofmixed material nd laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification

Fabrication, supply and fixing of village/ informatory name board of size1.06mts x0.61mts. The width of board is tapered at 0.80mts upto 1.06mts to give the triangular shape at one end with high intensity refelective sheeting of required colour encapusalted on alumium sheets of not less than 2mm thick suitably supported and framed with 25mm x25mmx3mm AISI 316grade stainless steel angle and the board frame is supported alround AISI 316 grade stainles steel pipe of 38mmdia (outer dia 2mm wall thickness) . The village name/street names, lettering and symbols will be provided by High intensity grade white sheeting. The Board is supported by Two Nos. of 63 mm dia post S.S pipes for 2.0mts height with same dia. Dummy plate arrangement at the top. The board frame and post pipes are welded byTig welding with necessary polishing etc.,and M.S.pipes of 50mm dia for a length of 35cm will be welded at the bottom of the posts and fixed in a ground pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.5mts with P.C.C 1:2:4. Rate includes all the materials, S.S. welding, grinding, polishing fabrication charges, conveyance etc., including Earth work and P.C.C charges, complete.

Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damages as required (raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) - rectangular manhole 120x90 cm with circular cover 500 mm dia of grade MD -10

Disposal of debries including loading, unloading and conveyance to low lying areas within 2km lead as directed by the Engineer in charge.
