Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation and floor i;e below the base course of terrazo flooring using 4cm (1½") size black crusher / hand broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry, including lowering, laying concrete, watering curing etc. complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 1'-6" thick including basic cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth using (25x12 x8cm) size bricks after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before its use including, splays cutting, circular moulding and carbelling, champering and similar such type of works watering, curing etc. all complete including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete (Crushing strength of bricks should not be less than 75kg to 99 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2%)

RCC M20 having compressive strength of 20mpa, target mean strength of 30mpa, for150mm cubes at 28 days curing as per IS-456-2000 & I.R.C-212000 test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 20mm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality and from approved quarry & other materials as per section 302 of I.R.C.21-2000 & IS-456-2000 of approved quality including centering, shuttering & form works for providing smooth & water tight surface, hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 30 cm. compacted thickness, compacting with mechanical vibrators true to lines, grades as per drawing & technical specifications, watering & curing for 28 days including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all leads & lift, cost of all labour T&P, including labour cess but excluding GST & equipment required for mixing, transporting & placing in position vibrating, compacting, finishing & curing including all incidental expenses complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire & labour charges for bending binding & tying the grills Plinth Band

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL/ TATA / RINL (VIZAG) make including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated basing on the standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only. Wastage if any, including weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

12mm (½") thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonry finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. with basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, garage door, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, critical frames for windows, stair case and parapet railing made out of M.S Square bar/ flat including stair case hand railing with 40mm. dia G.I.pipe etc. including painting two coats over a coat of redoxide primer as per approved drawing and design with cost of all materials & labour, labour cess, T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surfaces of wall with acrylic wall primer (water bound) two coats over inside surface of wall including basic cost, conveyance, of all materials, all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surfaces of wall with weather coat (Peach bloom) two coats over a coat of water bound cement primer to outer surface of walls including basic cost, conveyance, of all materials, all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
