Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm to 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete.

Brick work with Flyash Bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, cost of carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Reinforced cemnet concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawing having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conduct in accordance with I.S 456 and I.S 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25%) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting,lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, wateringand curring for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and remoing debrish from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge. . i) Column base Footing

Supplying, fitting & fixing Colour coated Durashine Roofing sheet of size 0.45mm (TCT)X 1072mm in roof including cost of sheet & all charges e.t.c. all complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Durashine Colour Coated Plain ridge including cost of all charges e.t.c. all complete.

12mm thick C.P.(1:6) on brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

16mm thick C.P. (1:6) over brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C. Ground Floor

Finishing wall surface of walls with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffodling staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Proving fitting fixing of Semi grid minerals fiber ceiling board having size 600x600x16mm of approved design and quality complete with all fittings and fixtures.

Distampering one coat to inside wall surface of any approved Shade over a coat of primer including all cost etc all complete.

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T & P etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances of all materials and cost of all labour etc, complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
