Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation and pits in hard Soil within an initial lift of 1.5m including dressing the sides and levelling the bed & depositing the excavated materials away from the site within an initial lead of 50 M including cost of dewatering, cost of all labour, sundries, Tools & plants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Filling foundation trenches and plinth with fine course sand including watering ramming etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for work including scaffolding, and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2”) size clean hard black Crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6”) thick to the required level, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Foundation and plinth using (250mm x 120mm x 80mm ) size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg / Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and plinth for brick masonry walls after immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc as per drawings including cost, conveyance, all royalties, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for work including scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Superstructure using (250mm x 120mm x 80mm ) size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg / Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure for brick masonry walls after immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc as per drawings including cost, conveyance, all royalties, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for work including scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B chips in following items as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Supplying and Straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, crancking hooking welding or jointing (if required) the Tor Steel of SAIL/RINL/TATA/JINDAL/SHYAM STEEL make with binding wires and binding tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for all types of R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wire of of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment , and payment will be made on weight of Tor Steel Only.

Supplying and fixing of M.S door, Window with grills made out of M.S Angle frame, M.S Flat, sheet etc of approved quality and design to windows and openings & stair case railing and parapet railings etc. including making holes in walls and RCC structures or wood work etc. in proper position making good the damages of walls or RCC or other structures complete including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in choukaths with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete ( including screws) in all respect in all floors.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, Royality,loading and unloading, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, Royality,loading and unloading, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 600 mm x 600 mm Vitrified Tiles Coloured Series in floor of approved quality premimum grade of 8mm to 10mm thick Plain of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over a layer of 25 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement: 1 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing,Fitting,Fixing 0f Vetrified tiles Coloured Series in dados skirting and risers of steps of 8 to 10mm thick on 12mm thick CP in C.M (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fixing and fitting Granite tiles flooring in floors or Treads in 25mm thick Bed of CM (1:1) of 10 mm thick and area above 0.1 sqm to 0.4 sqm jointing with neat and cement slushy mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles etc complete with cost,conveyance, Royalities,Taxes of all materials used for the work,all labour T&P etc in all respects

Providing, fitting and fixing with Industrial Vitrified Tiles in floor of approved quality premimum grade of 8mm to 10mm thick Plain of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over a layer of 25 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement: 1 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-Plasticised poly Vinyl Chlorider (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL/VEKA LTD.) Three Track. Three Panel sliding window -60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mmx2.5mm for outer frames and window sash of 39mmx 58mm x 2.5mm capable of mounting single glasing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion weiding the window frame shall be fitted wiht 6mm thick clear tougheried glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and the system is to be installed using Reainforced Large Coupler at the site using anchor fasteners silicon rubber sealant easy galzing/ deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.Including cost, conveyance, all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-Plasticised poly Vinyl Chlorider (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL/VEKA LTD.) Casenent Door 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mmx2.25mm for outer frames 102mmx 60mm x 2.25mm for caseemnt door sash profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mmmulion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0mm prefabricated & welded through fusion weiding the window the door lsash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC board of greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipong locking system made of aluminum 1 no. per set of sashes and the system is to be installedat the site using es anchor fasteners silicon rubber sealant easy galzing/ deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.Including cost, conveyance, all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of wall paneling made with 19 mm thick B.W.R ply over 4mm thick venier as per approved design with tick wood bading with malamine polishing including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of the cupboard with 9mm thick B.W.R Ply wood covered with 4mm thick venier board fixing with french polishing & painting including all cost of fitting , cost coveyance of all materials , labour , T & P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Fixing Gypsum Board ceilling with Aluminium anodized T section no - 3215 with 2'-0" center to center , L section no - 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'x2' with Gypsum Board suspended from Ceiling including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Supplyin fitting and fixing stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railling using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @0.90 mtr C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification , Buffing ,Polishing etc. including cost conveyance of all materials and royalties etc with all labour and T&P required for the work complete including side shuttering.as directed by E.I.C.

Providing and fixing of Structural Glazing approved make to be fabricated formed section made of pre-painted steelibase steel as per IS-513 for 0.6 mm thick D quality galvanised as per IS-277 with Zinc of 120 gm per sqm including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc complete .as directed by E.I.C.

Supplying fitting fixing of 8mm thick itching glass including looking arrangement including all cost conveyance taxes labour T&P required for the work etc as directed by E.I.C.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick cement concrete inter loking paver of block confirming to cement concrete M-30 grade with approved make, variety, colour design and shape, made by block making machine laid as per approved IS specification over sand and hard base bed of 200mm including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 4.7mm size hard granite crusher broken chips on new work etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

Finishing plastered surface with wall cement based wall putty (water based) to receive primer etc including cost, conveyances, of wall cement putty & all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming 1 coat with wall primer over Plastered surface (Inside and out side) with water bond cement primer etc including cost, conveyances, of wall Primer & all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coat with P.E paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost conveyance P.E Paint and all materials labour & T&P require for the work etc. complete as directed by E.I.C.

Painting 2 (two) coats with any approved colour weather coat to out side surface of wall of approved shade and quality etc including all cost of weather coat, conveyance,all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Painting two coat with any approved enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour, shade to iron surfaces including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance of all materials such as anamel Paint, Primer and cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

Painting 2 (Two) coats Leak proofing painting with water proof paint (Concrelatex cot) paint over slab with cost, conveyance, of all materials , all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
