Providing fitting and fixing of vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm (Plain Ivory) approved make & colour laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bed of prop.(1:4) to proper slope & level joined with neat cement slurry with approved colour pigment to match the colour of tiles including watering and curing, cost of all labour, T&P, cost, conveyance and royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of CERAMIC GLAZED TILES of size (300X200mm) of approved quality & of approved colour confirming to I.S specification in dado/skirting & upto the required height fixed in neat cement slurry after soaking the tiles in water & fixing over 12mm thick cement plaster of prop. (1:3) filling joints with white cement & colouring pigments to match the shade of the tiles including washing & cleaning with oxalic acid with watering, curing cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour and sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing of 120minutes of metal fire rated doors as per IS:3614 part-2:1992 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanised steel confirming to IS:277 specification. Door tested and approved ARAI (Automative Research Association of India, Pune) for maximum rating of 2hrs. Door frame shall be Double rebate profile of size 139 X 57mm made out of 1.20mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet depends on single and double leaf door. There should be bottom membrane in the frame for proper alignment. Provision should be kept for grouting with cement and sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door leaf should be 43mm thick fully flush double skin door. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm thick galvanised steel sheet depends on single or double leaf door. The internal construction of the door should be rigit reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers, painting system will be powder coating finished including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T&P requried for the work etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
