Excavation of any approval type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved suface including spreading and compaction with sheep foot roller and Dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction , maintainance, watering & lighting of haul road and borrow area as per the direction of EIC.

Collecting, supplying, stacking, clean, sound, well graded, good quality moorum of approved quality free from all deterious materials at road site for pre-measurement in regular box heaps of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.5m to be measured as one cum including cost of loading and unloading with cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes with all leads, lifts and delifts and spreading the same in layers upto required height over compacted earth as per approved design, drawing and specification to proper camber with watering and consolidation with H.R.R. with all labour and T & P materials required for the item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing and turffing the slopes of the earth dam with approved quality of compact dub grass including collection and supplying the same for approved site, including loading and unloading, conveyance charges royalty and other taxes on all materials, with all leads, lifts and delifts and as per the approved designs, drawings, specifications and including mobilization and demobilization with all incidental charges to complete the item of work and supplying of all machineries and equipments and their running maintenance charges, inclusive of materials and labour and T & P required for the work, including supervision charges, cost of watering and making arrangements for survival of the grass till its full growth etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement will be taken after full survival of growth of grass).

Providing stone riprap to the slope of earth dam & dyke with quarried & blated granite stone boulder of size0.15m to 0.3m & above including dumping on slopes filling interstices with small stones & wedges & packing surface to proper line & levels including fixing wave breakers complete with all leads & lifts complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(No deduction towards voids in finished section.)

Ramming or rolling earth work with light H.R.R. in embankment in layers not exceeding 0.30m complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in-charge.
