HDPE PIPE: Supply and Laying of 40MM(8Kg/cm2)dia HDPE pipe (Make: Supreme/equvalent) in cable trench as per specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Installation of pre-fabricated GRP Joint Box with lid size 600 x 600 x 600 mm for OFC loop and termination as per telecom specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

OFC: Supply and Laying of 12 core unarmoured Optical fibre cable ( OFC. Fiber glass with F-G 62.5/125micron, 2.6DB/KMF600) to various sites through HDPE pipe /in Air ( pole to pole ), prelaying testing of each cable drum for each fibre and tahing the OTDR traces,submission of OTDR traces (in hard as well as soft copy) to Engineer-in-charge/Site Engineer.

Supply and Installation of OFC jointing kits as per drawings,specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge/Site Engineer.

Laying HDPE Pipe by HDD method using HDD machine upto 90mm dia including hire charge of HDD machine, operator, POL lubricant etc

PART-II:- Installation of Chlorination System Provision for supply testing & commissioning of chemical feed pump 0 to 100m³/Hr in proportion to 4 to 20 mA signal. 100 SPM @ 75 HZ and 67 SPM @ 50 HZ. Motor Frequency Range = 15 to 75 Hz Auto/Manual, Remote, while running or at rest, 5:1 Turn Down Ratio, Over & above there will be provision for manual stroke variation.The Disch piping & fittings starting from the pump flange upto the tank nozzle including VFD 3 Phase input and 415 V 3 Phase output and will have a rating of 3 HP. Inverter will receive a signal of 4 to 20 mA and will vary the RPM of the motor in proportion to the same, thus controlling the pump capacity. Pump will also have the provision for manual stroke adjustment. Connection between the Inverter & pump together with the Instrument for generating 4 to 20 mA signal witheletrical installation etc all complete.
