Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation & trenches within 50m. initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including levelling, dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth & as per direction of the engineer –in –charge

Pipe Bedding : Supplying all material, labour, T&P & filling granular material (well graded crushed rock or gravel of size not exceeding 25mm) in the trenches and compacting & levelling for Class-B bedding (granular bedding)and bailing out water if necessary including all taxes,duties and royality all complete as per approved drawing, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material, labour, T&P for laying (to level or slopes) and jointing with rubber rings pre-cast reinforced socket and spigot concrete pipes Class NP-2 conforming to IS:458 - 2003 suitable for rubber ring roll on joint of the following internal diameter including lowering the pipes into the trenches to required depth below GL, laying of pipes true to the alignment & gradient, making the joints with rubber gaskets including excavation of earth at joints below invert level of pipes, cost of all jointing materials,testing,commissioning and bailing out water if necessary etc.(but excluding excavation and refilling trenches,shoring & shuttering) including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification,approved design & drawing and as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge

Cast In Place Manhole Chamber : Supplying all material, labour, T&P and designing and manufacturing following circular type eccentric cone top precast RCC manhole chambers in portable pieces (sections) i.e. base section, riser section, ecentric cone section, adjustable grade ring etc.with RCC M 35, base slab & cylindrical wall of thickness 125mm (minimum), cone section of thickness 125mm (minimum) and as per ASTM-C 478 with RCPC/SFRC manhole cover and ring etc transport to site, placing the base section and subsiquent riser section over foundation concrete 100mm thick in CC(1:3:6) using granite stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40mm size, and jointing the precast sections with rubber rings & grouting the the annular gap with non-shrink grout in CC (1:1:2) and joints finished smooth, providing inside plastering with 6mm thick in CM(1:3) finished smooth with neat cement punning and benching & channelling with PCC (1:2:4) using granite stone aggregate 12mm nominal size, 20mm thick plastering over benching and channel surface with CM (1:3) including neat cement punning,connecting the incoming & out going sewers with the chamber,bailing out water if necessary, barricading, lighting, watch & ward etc, including reinforcement,shuttering and centering (excluding shoring,shuttering to trench,earth work,removal of excavated earth,refilling the trench) testing & commissioning,including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design & drawing, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all materials ,labour, T & P and providing Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm. Size crusher broken hard Granite metal including cost of all labour ,materials with all taxes,lead ,T & P etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials ,labour, T & P and providing C.C.(1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard cruser broken watering curing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Transportation of excavated material & disposing upto 5KM from work site including loading, unloading & stacking, supplying of all labours, tools & plants etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labours, materials, tools & plants for construction of GSB grading VI material as per table 400-2 spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by a mix a place a method of motivator at OMC and compacting with vivratory roller to achieved desired density complete as per clause 401 MORTH specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including all cost of conveyance of materials with all cost of materials step etc. including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mixed plant carriage of mixed materials by tripper to site lying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrating rollers to achived the density as per clause 406 of MoRTH specification for road & bridge work

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface grannular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer at 0.6kg/m² using mechanical broom as per clause 502 of MoRTH specification for road & bridge work

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/m²on prepared surface grannular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer using mechanical broom as per clause 502 of MoRTH specification for road & bridge work

Providing & laying 50mm thick Bitumens Macadam grading using VG30 Bitumen with hot mixing using crushed hard granite aggreagte of specified grading premixing with bitumen binder @ 3.30% by weight of total mixed and fill up transporting to hot site laying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with censor controller with requird controller to the required grade and level allignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achived the desired compacting as per clause no 3 no 504 section 900 of specification of MoRTH specification for road & bridge work

Providing & laying 25mm thick AV compacted Semi Dense Bitumen Concrete (SDBC) using VG30 grade and crusher broken hard granite aggreagte of specified grading premixing with bitumen binder @5% by mixed and filler up transporting to hot site laying with hydro stating paver of finisher with censor controller with requird controller to the required grade and level allignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achived the desired compacting as per clause no 3 no 501, 508 & section 900 of specification of MoRTH specification for road & bridge work
