Providing , fixing G.C.I. Sheet (Colour coated 0.50mm thickness ) in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-Fly Ash.-brick of 25cm X 12cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all taxes & royalties with all T&P & cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats in all floors to new iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance royalties and all taxes of all materials alongwith T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm. thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of materials complete ,T&P and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS: 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) ( 1 cement : 4 course sand ) and filling the joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials , labour T & P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Vitrified tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles. including cost of all materials , labour T & P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of Primer with any approved shade including cost of paint on New Plastered surface of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete.

Providing and fixing false ceiling (12.5mm Gypsum Board ) at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :Providing fitting, fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodized T section No-3215 with 2'-0" center to center ,L section No-1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed bu means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" with Gypsum board suspended from ceiling etc compiete . including all cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing up partition walling OEL aluminum anodized section No.9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick pre laminated board (Nova pan Make) and jointing angle No. 1855 etc. including all cost of labour, T&P hire charges of drilling machine etc.complete with all taxes royalties & cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures. including all cost of labour, T&P hire charges of drilling machine etc.complete with all taxes royalties & cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 5.5 mm thick hexagoanal Aluminum jally in windows as single groove, double groove and tapered clip as horizontal and vertical members for fixing of aluminum jally and jointing angle conforming to standard Aluminium sections etc. complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
