Back filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m. etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated materials by mechanical means from the work side etc. complete. upto 5km. Lead

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering curing, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position and as per spection and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of primary steel producers such as SAIL / TATA / RINL / JINDAL STEEL / SHYAM STEEL (grade Fe-500D) etc. including bending, binding, welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors with labour cess etc. (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using fly ash brick of size 23cmx11cmx8cm of approved quality from approved quarry having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/ sqcm with immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials and all labour with T&P etc. for scaffolding, watering and curing complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm nominal size hard granite chips (Crosher Broken) of approved quality form approved quarry including hoisting and lowering concrete and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 15 cm in thick, ramming to proper level including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalities of all materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of brick walls after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (3/4") thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to outside surface of brick walls after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of MS angler of size 50 x 50 x 5 mm in wall for fixing of barbed wire in Compound wall as per design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of barbed wire in Compound wall as per design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing barbed wire fencing and post by means of staples and straining hooks by means of tying with G.I. wire and including cost of staples, hooks and tying wires.

Priming one coat with any approve paint including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with Weather coat paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & with a approved quality primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, grill gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size ( 20mm size not to exceeds 25% ) including watering and curing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all Labour, Labour cess ,Sundries, T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge ( W.I. / M.S. windows grills, grill gates, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railings square bar along with required nos. of nails and screws and other required materials of approved quality and approved size shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, shade and brand on New steel work in two or more coats as required to give an even shade including over a coat of suitable primer of approved brand and manufacturer including cost of all materials with taxes and transportation, loading, unloading, scaffolding, all labour, Labour cess, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including filling gaps with putties, scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to make free from rusts, dusts and oily substances before applying primer etc. complete.
