Fly ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) using bricks of size (25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8Cm.) in foundation and plinth

For Superstructure

R.C.C work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down graded clean hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications in Ground Floor

Providing 12mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Cement washing 1coat (Per 1 Sqm)

Finishing wall surface with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade in Ground Floor

Distempering two coats to inside walls with approved make distemper of approved shed on new work to give an even shed including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffoldings, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification.

Painting two coats with any approved colour of weather seal coat to out side surface of wall in Ground Floor

Providing fitting and fixing of GCI sheet in roofing including all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6 mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
