Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures in hard soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches excavated suitable material.

Providing and filling manually with selected good clean river sand of approved quality in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. For finished item of work as per Specification and .direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of M-15 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202, 1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (A) IN FOUNDATION

(B) In Sub-Structure

Providing concrete for plain concrete of 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202, 1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (A) IN FOUNDATION

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe (NP3) for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head wall and parapets as per Clause 1106 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the worketc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1000 MM DIA

Earth work in cutting in all kind of soil within 50m initial leads &1.5m initial lifts includingrough dressing and breakingclods to max 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete as per specification &direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and Laying of bored cast-in-situ M35 grade R.C.C. Pile of 1200 mm dia etc complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. etc.

Providing and laying Steel liner of 8 mm thick in pile including Fabricating and setting out as per detailed drawing.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vbrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge IN Foundation

RCC of design of M-250 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250 kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Supply and fixing of the Elastomeric Bearing procured from approved manufacturer & with test certificates as per specification provided in drawing at location with all accessories complete & fixing on abutment and piers in position with all materials, labour, tools, equipment for fixing as per drawings and technical specifications part I/II, section 2000 & its relevant clauses & sub clauses of MoRTH specification for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) as directed by Engineer/or his representative to satisfaction. The bearing should confirm to the latest MOST specification & IRC codes & should be tested before use( test certificate to be furnished)

Providing fitting & fixing strip seal expansion joints at the edges of the slab with suitable anchoring arrangements by 12mm. M.S. Bars as per MOST design & drawing including fitting, fixing & welding with 6 mm. plates & filling joints of wearing coat with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top including painting of exposed surface of M.S. covered plates with anticorrosive bitumanstic paint etc. with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing C.I. grating to holes in deck slabs size upto 15 cm dia for drainage of water including cost of materials & T&P required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand inside the well / approach road including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. Conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be taken for compacted section as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage, royality & taxes of etc. complete.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats by with water based enamel paint to wall surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust,oil, grease, efforescence including cost of all labour, all T&P required for the work as per drawing and technical specification under section 1700 of MORD.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 600mm thick filter media in the rear of abutment and wing walls with 5cm size and down graded hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall in boulder grouted with sand including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
