WBM Grading-III

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion SS 1 on prepaired sueface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC..

Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion RS 1 using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works as per direction of EIC..

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of enbankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lead and lift transporting to site by mechanical means within lead of 5kms, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Finishing Wall with Water Proofing Cement paint Two coat over a coat of cement wash of approved shade on new work including all cost of cement paint etc, Complete.as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of Main informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause Annexure 300,800,1700 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge
