Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the preparedbituminous/ granular surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoSRT&Hspecification for road & bridge works Including cost, conveyance, cess, taxcess(Excluding GST), royality of materials etc. complete required for the work as per specification and direction of Engineer- in charge

Providing , laying,labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10sqm and laying 37.50 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.0kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreding over and laying including heating pouring and spreding over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR.Including cost, conveyance, cess, taxcess(Excluding GST), royality of materials used for the work ,,Bitumen,hire and running charges of PRR , all other machinaries etc. complete required for the work as per specification and direction of Engineer- in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using (S-65) penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms soft brushes and finaly dusting with old gunny bags or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment as per direction of E I C.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type of hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen with addition of processed waste platic of above 10% weight of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works with all cost of labour,material(Excluding GST), royality of materials etc. complete required for the work as per specification and direction of Engineer- in charge.

Earth work in hard soil both side berms with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means with ordinary compction by PRR ,all lead s, spreading, grading , cost of labour, machinaries,T&P, cost of transportation,royality, hire charges,taxes(Excluding GST) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Panelled cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.Including all cost of labourT&P(Excluding GST), cost of transportation, hire charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and T&P, cost of transportation,royality, hire charges,taxes(Excluding GST) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying ,fitting, fixing of RCC guard posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technical Specification. Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 300,800,1700.Including all cost of labour, material,(Excluding GST) ,T&P, cost of transportation, hire charges,cess etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

White washing two coats with approved brand on concrete work, parapet wall, tree trunks, guard post after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade including all cost of labour,cost of colur,brushes,T&P, all taxes(Excluding GST) etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered / concrete surface as per drawing and technical specification of MORD.Including all cost of labour, material,(Excluding GST) ,T&P, cost of transportation, hire charges,cess etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
