Compound wall

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 100 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation.quality bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling .complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick work in Superstructure with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) with best quality bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling .complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Compound wall

Providing 12mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) finished smooth to smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, grill gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railing ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size ( 20mm size not to exceeds 25% ) including watering and curing etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge ( W.I. / M.S. windows grills, grill gates, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railings square bar along with required nos. of nails and screws and other required materials of approved quality and approved size shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in foundation and floors (i.e below the base course of tile flooring) using Portland slag cement (PSC) with 12 mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Smoothening and resurfacing of the area by using all required tolls and safty eqiupment along with necessary arrangement of scaffolding to reach the required height with high streangth crystaling based cementious repair mortar having propotries of crystalling and good bond strength.i) Superior bond strength of 2.3MPA as per ACI-503 R ii) Emical durabilty (Mass loss negligible i.e 0.22% in 84 days - ASTMC 267) iii) High strength (49.3MPA @ 28 days - ASTM C 109. iv) Rapid cloride permeability (420 coulombs @ 90 days - ASTM C 1202), to be applied by gloved hand using all safty arrangments with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Scarping old paint with scarperes, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5 mtr. Height etc.

Painting two coats to the wall surface by using 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint of approved make like NEROLAC ALLS CAPES 24 carrot emulsion/ BERGER luxel luxury silk emulsion / ASIAN Royal / ICI velvetouch or equivalent make of approved shade to interior wall surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer after preparing the surface smooth by applying putty punning with Synthetic Acrylic wall putty including finishing the surface smooth by sand papering in all heights including scaffolding charges with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, etc. as required for the work complete in all respect.

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over Iron Works as per approved shade of approved quality over one coat of primer, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The paints and primer are to be approved before procurement and use)

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Providing 4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm & down grade size black hard granite chips for old work.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position flush door shutter of 32mm thick of Green / Mayur / Aeon or equivalent with 1mm sun mica (Royal touch) of approved quality and as per drawing & design with all necessary brass fittings, door closer (godrej, heavy duty) motrice lock (godrej heavy duty), handle, door stopper etc including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, transportation, loading & unloading etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer –in-charge.

2.5cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size crusher broken granite chips.
