Providing 15mm cement plaster:Providing 15 mm cement plaster: Providing 15 mm cement plaster on brick wall with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), curing etc. complete in all respect as per the specifications & direction of M-I-C. (Cement shall be issued as free issue material from NALCO store.)

Repairing of damaged roof:Repairing of damaged roof : Repairing of worn out/damaged/ spalled concrete of the roof by removing loose concrete to form a regular shape and making the surface free from dust, or any other deleterious substances, corroded reinforcement steel should be exposed around its full circumference and cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits for repairing the patches with repair mortar or floor screed upto 40 mm, thickness as per the requirement and instruction of MIC, mixed with Fosroc Nitobond SBR (latex) or equivalent and applying curing compound like Fosroc Concure WB. (Typical composition of repair mortar by weight shall be 1cement: 3 zone II sand and composition of floor screed by weight shall be 1cement: 1.5 zone II sand: 1.5 stone chips (3-6 mm). Fosroc Nitobond SBR (latex) shall be added in the mortar/screed as 0.1 to 0.18 ltr per kg of cement.). A bonding coat is to be applied as per the manufacturer's specification before the repair of the patches. The rate is inclusive of all material, labour, T & P required to complete the job as per the specification & direction of MIC. Debris/ Unserviceable material to be shifted lead upto 100 mtr. and all lifts as per direction of MIC.

Providing and applying sealant in joint:Providing and applying sealant in joint: Providing and applying a layer of "Polyurethane polysulphide" sealant for expansion joints, construction joints including cutting groove for width of joint, cleaning properly and applying over one coat of bonding agent etc, including labour, materials, T & P as per manufacturer specification & directions of M-I-C.

Providing and laying APP: Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated of 4 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of solvent based bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch / LPG torch and applying uniform pressure with roller to ensure the removal of entrapped air, sealing all joints, complete finishing at openings/rain water down comer pipes, etc, and preparing the surface complete in all respect. The vital minimum physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/500N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 350/300N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -5°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147 and other parameters as per specifications. (Note: The overlapping width shall be minimum 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the end. Payment shall be made for actual coverage area only.)

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 :Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3: Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect as per the specifications & direction of M-I-C. (Cement & reinforcement steel shall be issued as free issue material from NALCO store.)

Centering and shuttering:Centering and shuttering: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs etc. complete in all respect as per the specifications & direction of M-I-C.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per the specifications & direction of M-I-C.(Steel Reinforcement shall be issued as free issue material)

Disposal of Debris: Disposal of debris, dismantling materials, etc. including loading, unloading by mechanical transport at designated place inside plant premises,lead upto 3 km all complete as per the specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 150 mm diameter

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming toIS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 150 mm bend.

Providing &applying sika top-122 HS over concrete surface with filling of cracks including chipping,cleaning the surface etc. complete as directed by Manager-In-Charge.

Providing and applying SBR Polymer modified cementitious bonding coat with Nitobond SBR Latex of Fosroc or equivalent product of Sika/Pidilite/BASF on chipped portion of RCC before the application of special repair mortar, all complete as per the manufacturer's specifications and direction of Manager-In-charge. Note: 1. Cement shall be mixed with specified proportion of the polymer as per the manufacturer's specification/datasheet. 2. Cement shall be issued from Nalco store as a Free Issue material.

Providing and injecting low viscosity Epoxy injection grout with conbextra EP-10 of Fosroc or equivalent product of Sika/ Pidilite/BASF, in proportion as per the manufacturer's specification/datasheet, into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc., all complete as per the manufacturer's specification and directions of Manager-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Epoxy bonding agent Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent product of Sika/Pidilite/BASF on chipped portion of RCC before micro concreting to have perfect bond between old and old concrete surfaces after cleaning of old concrete surface using nylon/wire brushes etc, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications/material datasheet and directions of Manager-In-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: The item shall be paid for replacement/changing of down comer pipes.
