Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position vibrating, curing for 21days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M20 having minimum compressive strength (working stress) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to 3/4”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up M.S. rods/Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 guage binding wire required for R.C.C. work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5 % wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C work including false work and dismantling after casting including cost of all labour, materials, T&P required etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge Base

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of(1:2:4) using 12mm to 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry on the road surface including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position / layers, vibrating, curing for __ days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of un-useful excavated materials away from work site by means of mechanical means including loading of the materials as work site and dipositing the same at suitable dumping yards with in 5km from work site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
