S & F 2nd class HW plain solid straight chowkats and frames,wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Glazed and skeleton shutters of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 35 mm, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here in before but with sash bars for window and ventilators etc are provided styles and rails specified in SSR Pt I,Sec 8,Clause 8.24 (b) of size 30 mm thick shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Plain, framed, panelled shutters of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 40 mm (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawingcomplete all as specified and directed.(Make : Duroplast / RAJSHREE)

S & F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/ Chowkat of size 65 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/Cum,screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account ahall be made. (Make : Duroplast / RAJSHREE).

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

S & F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extrued section as complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 5mm thick frosted sheet glass panes quality with Aluminium and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plain fillets of 2nd class hardwood square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads having sectinal area exc 3 Sqcm & n exc 6 sqcm. Completely all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapples complete all as specified and directed.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories having area of window not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.(Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.)

Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass having not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

S&F in repair mild steel chromium plated tubular curtain rod 20 mm dia with fixing of brackets, stops and rollers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces incl preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium door, window and partition (of any type/ size) and refixing the same including necessary repairs such as straighting of edges, bringing at a level with required cutting adjusting of any depression/ projection to the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair anodised aluminium frame for window with one or more rebates, anodised aluminium window, sliding type shutters, sliding on three way aluminium channel, without sash bars, sliding on separate track, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM (Two track shutters for glass panel and one track shutter for including Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm) and necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, fittings such as suitable anodised aluminium locking type handle etc and fixing of 4.00 mm thick tinted glass (make atul/ St Govain) complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair aluminium anodized door frame made out of aluminium section 65 x38 mm with anodized aluminium push/pull glazed type shutters with lock rail 80 x45 mm for stile 80 x 45 mm for top rail and 115 x 45 mm for bottom rail and necessary jointing clears glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws lock, including supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick tinted glass or prelaminated particle board (as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge), lock etc complete fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transperent or dyed to required shede according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) to approved design/pattern,with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing vertical roller blind of any colour complete with all its accessories fixed to wall with screws and roller blind as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Door seal (Snake guard) with Aluminium frame powder coated with air gap brush complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair aluminium extruded section body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
