Thorough washing of all common areas/ rooms at Transit house including dinning, kitchen area, store room. followed by dusting of furntitures and fixture, almirah,equipments, removing stain, other marks in every alternate day with approved cleaning agent and specific approved detergent. Cleaning, mopping and polishing of the staircase railing & its floor by using cleaning/polishing materials including spray of airfreshner etc in all complete to keep it clean & fresh anytime in a day.Either the cleaning material will be supplied by Corporation or to be supplied by the contractor which will be reimbursed on submision of original invoice/bill. Deploying attendant at floors to ensure no theft/disturbance at floors/rooms.

Cleaining of Toilet: Cleaning of water closet, urinals, bath shower and wash basins by using reputed make deodrants ( phenyl, Harpic, Acid etc), detergent in all respect. Cleaning of floor tiles. Providing specified reputed airfresheners/odonils, urinal cakes, dettol liquid soap, Toilet soaps as required by Jhasrsuguda Terminal/ BP. Total no of toilets: 8. The cleaning has to be carried out minimum once daily. Toilet card to be maintained and to be attached with monthly bills.Either the cleaning material will be supplied by Corporation or to be supplied by the contractor which will be reimbursed on submision of invoice/bill as per the instruction of Officer In-Charge.

Catering operation: Rendering service for preparation of Breakfast, Tea/Coffee, Lunch, Evening snacks and Dinner at Transit as per schedule menu as per the instruction from officer In-Charge. Serving of foods to official at dinning tables/rooms. Supply of packed drinking water/ extra items on chargeable basis to all the person during lunch/Dinner/Party. Utensils, cutley, accessories, LPG & Electricity bill will be provided by corporation. Food items and consumables will be arranged by the contractor on payment basis from the officers as per actual expenses incurred. Proper cleaning of dinning tables, lifting of used food trays, used water glass after finish of each Breakfast/lunch/dinner/party immediately. Job includes cleaning of utensils with hot water and accessories and maintaining them in excellent condition. Either the cleaning material will be provided by Corporation or to be supplied by the contractor which will be reimbursed on submision of invoice/bill.

(i) Making of beds, inlcuding laying bed covers and keeping the rooms aesthetically decorated in spic and span conditions. Bed covers, pillow covers, blankets, curtain shall be provided by M/s IOCL. (ii) Washing/laundering and ironing of bed sheets, pillow cover, common towels- twice a week. The house linen shall be ironed and changed on twice a week. Either the cleaning material will be supplied by Corporation or to be supplied by the contractor which will be reimbursed.

(i)Providing of laundry/ironing services to officer'sTransit residents as per no profit-no loss ( Corporation will provide washing m/c, electricity, Iron etc). Detergent etc will be supplied by the contractor on immediate payment basis by individual officer. (ii) Supplying/providing daily news paper for common areas. Cost of news paper will be re-imbursed. (iii) Providing first aid box consisting of various first aid medicine on payment basis.vii) Providing liquid insect replellant ( all out, jet good knight etc) in all common areas. The material will be supplied by M/s IOCL or to be supplied by the contractor which will be re-imbursed. (iv)Maintainining various records and register for inventory of various materials like LPG Cyllinders, Furniture/fixtures at Transit,Kitchen equipments and utensils/ appliances( Weekly).

Washing/laundering ans ironing of curtains, blankets, mosquito nets and tapestry once in a month. The cleaning material will be supplied by M/s IOCL or to be supplied by the contractor which will be re-imbursed.
