Item No.-1.1 Storage, handling, rolling, fabrication, erection of all fabricated items out of plates, welding, dissimilar welding, NDT (except RT, UT & SRL all types of testing, inside cleaning, drying, bos-up, final documentation etc. in totality of various site fabricated CS tanks (Fized roof type). as specified in tklS/licensor drawings/specifications/standards/bid documents, relevant codes for design and construction API 650 latest edition, addendum, scope of supply, scope of work and as per the instruction and full satisfaction of owner / engineer in charge including but not limited to bottom, shell, covered conical roof, sump for draw off pipe, wind girder, backing strip, baffle plates, anchor strips, stiffener plates, anchor chair, gussets, stiffener plates, all reinforcement pads for nozzles, manholes, inspection hatches/cleanout door, all appurtenances, bearing/RF pad plates for pipe supports! stairway support platform support, cleats, name plate, insulation clips, launders, earthing lug connection, flange / blind flange, shell manhole roof manhole & nozzles of 500mm dia & above, installation of free issed nozzles/pad flanges (if any), nuts, bolts, fasteners/gaskets, flush grinding for weld for rubber lining (if applicable) etc. all as per the standard, drawings, specification, relevant code for design, bid documents and construction API 650, latest edition, addendum etc., in totality and as per instructions and to the full satisfaction of B&R/Owner's EIC Scope also involves guarantee of tanks as specified in technical specification / scope of work document & supply of all the consumables, adequate no of skilled funskilled manpower, tools & tackles, PPE's, supervision, confined space working PPE's, 24 volt lighting, preparation and submission of final documentation etc., as per instructions and to the fatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
