Fabricating, Supplying and Erecting at Site Prefabricated, Double Layer, Insulated, RCS Building of size 20 mt* 15 mt*4mt, as per approved drawing consisting of Main pillars of TWIN ISMC125 with MS standard bracing of 50mm x 50mm (18 G) with vertical grid @2ft c/c & horizontal grid @ 2 ½ ft c/c with provision of fixing of glazing or as required as per drawing / design with 300x350 x 16mm thick MS flanges complete with 4x600x20mm anchor bolts in each columns embedded in micro concrete columns provided in peripheral foundation keeping provision of doors windows and facade etc. (as per Typical Design approved by IIT for similar buildings / works with similar specifications ) with two coats of anti-corrosive coating after applying two or more coats of red oxide primer. The MS tubular 38mm x 38mm (18G) frame work of roofing shall be in double layer supported with detachable MS Tubular Trusses made of 60mm x 30mm (14G) @1200mm c/c to make upper grid @ 4’x2’ (approx.) for proper fixing of double skinned 0.5mm thick insulated standing seam Zincalume roofing with 50mm thick Rockwool of 24kg/m³ / Pre coated 0.45mm GI Puff Panels of 50mm thickness of 36kg/m3 with end & top profiles and lower grid shall be 4ft centre to centre both ways having clear height of 4 mtrs inside with ornamental cornices and mouldings wherever required including making provision for fixing of 2 x 28 w twin reflective luminaries / LED lights, Fans and of cassettes type AC’s wherever required . The roofing shall be leak proof and projected on front & sides covered with 8mm thick compressed PVC sheets false cieling in exteriors as per design and specifications. Outer wall shall be made of 18mm thick silica fibre cladding (12mm thick silica fibre cladding with 6mm marine base having min. density of 650 Kg/m3, Moisture Content of 8-10%, Glue Sheer Strength ( in dry state) 1300 N/mm2, Tensile Strength Parallel to face grain 40 N / mm2 and Perpendicular to face grain 25 N/mm2 MOR 45 N mm2, MOE 4000 N / mm2 ( across the grain) and MOE 7500 N/mm2 ( along the grain) vertical & SFB confirming to ISO 8336:1993 (E) having density 1200 kg/m class (I) surface spread of flame & fire propagation index 3 as per BS – 476 part 6 & 7. The ignitability, heat evolved, flame spread & smoke evolved index class should be zero index and fire resistance for ½ hour fire rating as per ISO 809 – 1979. The internal wall cladding 8mm thick should be of similar to the outer cladding treated with PU coating over epoxy base / 8mm thick laminated fiber board confirming to component grade having K1 flammability (as per DIN 51960) scratch resistance 1.5 N medium impact, Cross cut removal - 1, Abrasion (S33) IP 10, Cigarette Burns (3-4) and Steam resistance - 4 (all as per EN 438 – 2) and Stain resistance as - 5, against Water, Detergent, Coffee, Acetone & BAC (as per DIN 68861). The internal cladding should have 4000 mm clear height inside & no traces of discoloration or bubbles with heat or steam and cracking effect. Insulation of alkali resistant, non-deteriorating closed cell non cross linked polymer junction filler having minimum density 32 kg / m3 and compressive strength of 0.21 kg/ m2 ( as per ASTM – D – 3575 ) and Insulation of 50 mm thick glass wool of 32 kg/cum in walls shall be provided. All joints & corners should be covered with similar laminated wall finish decorative type mouldings / automotive Ducco coated cornices etc. on inside claddings & fibre rein forced skirting all over the cabin. Outer cladding shall be treated with transparent silicon coating & polyurethane texture coating of approved finish over thick layer of PU epoxy & fire resistant polymer coating in desired areas complete.

Dismantling the existing structure including stacking of reusable materials complete including removal of all electrical fixtures ,Air conditioners and steel structure etc complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Reinstallation of existing portion of the building of 25 mt * 15 mt after remolding as per the new plan with the existing reusable materials / additional fresh materials wherever required to match with the new structure as per similar specifications mention in item no.20 complete with the similar facade and finishes in continuation to the new proposed building complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

38 mm thick wood block flooring of first class teak wood laid over 25 mm thick leveling layer of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) to be paid separately, coated with a thin layer of hot bitumen penetration 80/25 (blown type) @ 2.45 kg per sqm, including fixing blocks in position after dipping in hot bitumen (blown type) up to half depth, planed, levelled smooth and finished complete.

Provision of check in counters of 1m x 1m x 1.2 m (detail dimension as per attached drawings) consisting of both side laminated 19mm BWP plywood having acralic polymer coating over external top & sides surfaces, with necessary edge coverings of similar finish , with Drawers, Keyboard stand, Wire Managers and provision of CPU unit complete all complete as per drawing attached, design and satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge .

Provision of Airlines / Ticketing / Ter.
