The panel shall have wall and floor grouting system. The panel shall have minimum 200 mm bottom stand (if necessary for bottom cable entry). The panel operation height shall not exceed 1800 mm. structural reinforcement with suitable angle/channel/T/flat sections including lifting hooks and GI earth strip of required size with 2 nos earthing terminals. Painting :- Powder coated paint finish of approved shade over metal surface cleaned and treated with all anticorrosive process and seven tank process before painting, with 2 coats of zinc chromate primer upto 75 micron thickness and colour RAL7035 of enameled paint as per as per specifications.. Labeling:- All Panels shall be duly metal labeled with scheme diagram and Danger mark with 415V AC operation.Cable Entry:- The panel shall have a provision of cable entry at the bottom and top as per site requirement. Busbar:- Busbar shall be sized with current density of Amperage 1A/sq.mm for Aluminum Busbars .Heat Shrinkable Color Coded PVC Sleeves for all Busbars, minimum bus bar gap of 32mm shall be maintained, busbar shall be of E91E Grade for Al.. MCB Connectivity:-MCB shall be connected using FR cables of proper rating from Vertical busbars.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, includingexcavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming,watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 400 Sqmm size.

M/L disnmantling and taking out UNSV XLPE cable from exisitng connection for replacement for replacment upto 240 Sqmm cable complete.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity upto 250 KVA capacity.The DG set comprises of KOEL Green Engine at 1500 rpm complying with the requirements of BS5514/ IS 10002, directly coupled to a KOEL Green AC generator capable of 50 Hz, 0.8pf (lag) generally meeting the requirements of BS5000 AT 230/415Volt. A power control panel to regulate the AC power is also provided. The sheet steel cubicle type Control Panel is floor standing, dust & vermin proof under normal conditions. SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- III SPECIAL REPAIR TO EXISTING DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SERVICE TANKS, VALVES, PUMP HOUSE BUILDING, 01 x IRP RENOVATION AND ALLIED SERVICES FOR ARTC&S AT DIMAPUR. Supply,Installation,testing and commissioning of SMC panel tank of size 10x10x2mtr size with bottom panel 1x1 mtr, side panel 1x2xmtr , Roof panel 1x1mtr with corner L assembly of SMC/Equivalent with accessories made up of PVC/HDP (Hard Dip Galvanised) with following provisions, PVC Air Vent , FRP internal ladder FRP external ladder and scaling facilities including following connected works :- (a) Dismantling and taking out UNSV PS Tank and deposition of material upto storeyard. (b) Reshuffle the previous ISMB 125 across the same. (c) Detailed drawing from SINTEX/OEM will be submitted to this office for acceptance

M & L for dismantling of existing 10000 GPH Pressure filter including removal of existing old filter media of various sizes , unserviceable strainers etc and deposited to place where directed complete :- (a) Cleaning the surfaces of Pressure Filter and all accesses with emery paper, preparing the surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surfaces and two coat of black bituminous paint on inner surfaces of IRP of capacity 10000 GPH all as specified and directed. Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls etc complete with CM (1:4) mix.

Distempering one coat with acrylic distemper on old surface of approved brand and manufacturer to given an even shade, incl removal of old distemper by scraping and preparing surface smooth and necessary repair to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and Painting synthetic enamel paint one or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Making Plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

Providing and laying of ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved make in all colours of any size in walls/skirting over 12 mm thick bed of CM (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm incl pointing the joints with white cement complete.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (size 600x600 mm), laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.

Providing and fixing flush door shutter non decorative type, core block board of 35 mm thick incl stainless steel butt hinges etc complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors and windows with kiln seasoned and chemically treated teak wood.

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.50 mm with 2nd class teak wood beading 62x19 mm all complete.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade on old work (one or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied).

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket 5 Amps on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.
