Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.

Dismantling existing Galvanised steel barbed wire in fencing in any situation and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing concertina coil in fencing in any situation and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron, or mild steel or cast iron work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of PVC(SWR) drain pipe alongwith fittings and accessories and taking out from walls, floors or from trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:- (Note :- The length shall be measured along the centre line including fittings and accessoires}.

110mm bore

Demolition and breaking up 300mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC bedding and haunching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands coping/cills, bed block for embedding hold fast etc including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

S & F of 1.6mm thick mild steel, plain black sheet in hearths, covering to manholes, water tanks, water troughs, ducts, urinal troughts and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood ro steel members, etc, with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel angle iron fencing posts, struts and flat iron for fixing chain link fencing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 including cutting tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching, hooking for wire etc. complete all directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any size or type as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel round bars conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 Gde E-165 bars as in line wire of fencing for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line of wire to be measured)

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 11mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pavement floor vitrified tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick (Endura tiles of Johnson or equivalent makes listed in List of Makes) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered coloured cement conctrete paver tiles305x305x25mm thick in floor in approved colour and design with white cement and pigments, machine pressed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 60mm thick PVC moulded precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, confirming to IS-15658-2006 and of shape haxagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc. as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm laid over and including 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand and interstices on edges filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered walls surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

M &L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bedding to 300mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as directed.

S & F reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars and tested complete all as specified and directed.
