Excavation in all kinds of Soft strata ( Soil, Hard Murum, Soft Rock) including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed

Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.60 m. dia. (0.113 cum) minimizing damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, levelling bed etc., complete with lead upto 1 km. and all lifts as directed.

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Providing and laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. complete as directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-10 of trap/ granite / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed. (A) M-10 (20 MSA) (Cement 4.4 bags/Cum)

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M 20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering ,scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed.(A) M-20 (20 MSA) (Cement 6.60 bags/Cum)

Back filling up to ground level behind the canal structures etc. complete with suitable material of approved quality in layers not exceeding 20 cm without disturbing the structure etc. complete as directed.

Providing & Erecting M.S. pipes made out of MS plate conforming to IS 2062:1992 including procurement of plates, gas cutting to required size, rolling, tack welding, assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes on automatic welding machine and transportation upto 500 m.The welding Shall be ERW/SAW using electrodes having weldmark E7018 (Low Hydrogen electrodes) and forming 'V' edge on both ends of Pipes, Including third party inspection charges, lowering and laying to correct position on prepared bedding or on pedastals or chairs, field hydraulic testing at specified test pressure as per IS 5822: 1994 sec 11, field welding to join pipes after laying, Radiographic (5%) and ultrasonic (10%) testing of welds including all equipments submitting report, expert personnel required for testing, interpreting and submitting report along with developed film where applicable all incidental charges etc complete as per IS -3589:2001 and as per specifications (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible).

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Lowering, laying in position to correct line & level including M.S. pipes with / without any outcoating on prepared bedding or on pedaetals or chairs or upon prepared formation including loading, unloading, hoisting, marginal cutting wherever required, assembling , and transportation upto 500 m etc. completed as specified with all leads & lifts etc. complete including tack welding, field hydraulic testing at pecified pressure and as per procedure mentioned in section 11 of IS 5822: 1994. (item to be used only in situations where pipes are already procured ) For total quantity 7.5 rmt& 900 mm Dia. 6 mm thick).As directed.

Providing & applying Liquid epoxy coating system to the interior surface of Rising Main Pipes as per Annex - B of IS 3589:2001,with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer (90% zink ,DFT 40 micron , coverage 9 Sqm / lit) and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint (DFT 120 X 3 micron coverage 5 Sqm/Lit/coat) including cleaning the surface to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge by sand blasting /chemical cleaning / scraping removing oil, grease, other foreign materials including all necessary material, labour with all leads and lifts etc. complete.As directed.

Providing & applying Liquid epoxy coating system to the external surface of Rising Main Pipes as per Annex-B of IS 3589:2001, with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer (90 % zink (DFT 40 micron , overage 9 m Sqm / lit) and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint (DFT 120 X 2 micron coverage 5 Sqm / Lit / coat) including cleaning the surface to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge by sand blasting / scraping emoving oil, grease, other foreign materials including all necessary material , labour with all lifts etc. complete.As directed.
