Item No. 4 Cleaning the existing surface by mechanical means such as sand blasting so as to remove all the existing loose rust etc. Cleaning the existing concrete substrate to achieve maximumadhesion between the coating and substrate. Free the surface from loose material, grease and oil by water jet/mechanical means. Dry the surface completely. Providing and applying one coat of Two component, solvent free, substituted long chain nylon reticulant based coating/primer as approved by Engineer in charge. This should be followed by two coats of protective two component, acyclic polyisocyanate reticulant (APR) based, UV resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. Apply the coats by brush or spray at 4-6 hours interval between each coat. Manufacturer of the coating shall be Dakks ISO 9001:2015 accredited for manufacturing and design; & have a track record of supplying the anticarbonation coating internationally. Two Component, Air Drying, Acyclic, Polyisocyanate Reticulant (APR) based coating should have following properties: 1. Carbon dioxide diffusion equivalent air layer thickness (DIN EN 1062-6): 200 m 2. Carbon dioxide diffusion resistance co-efficient (DIN EN 1062-6): 1.0 × 10^5 3. Elongation of cured film shall be as per ASTM D 2370/98: 17% 4.ChlorideIon Diffusion (ASTM C 1556): 8.61 × 10^-12 5. The top coat shall have a minimum 5 year track record of use in the weather conditions of the Mumbai region 6. Minimum DFT of the entire coating system: 250 micron 7. Solid content of the base coat material: 95% 8. Solidcontent of the top coat material: 37% The shade of the ton coat should be different from the shade of the base anti-carbonation

Coba in all position with an average thickness of 150 mm consisting specialised material as per the manufactures specifications and covering 10 year guarantee on court fe stamp paper including all lead, lift, etc. complete

Item No.8 Providing and Applying chemical conservaton by an Impregnating Sealer such as SS-ProtectoSeal SB- ProtectoSeal WB for Hydrophobic Sealing of Natural Stone Surfaces from water, stains, wear biological growth, Environmental pollution and weathering. Apllication should be on the complete dried substract. The selected material is based on selected silane/siloxone technology. The material should preserve natural look of the stone substate. Comsumption at least 200 grams/Sqm. (Including Scaffolding) (Note: The measurements will be considered as plain surface)

Item No. 9 Providing and grouting with lime and fine screened sand slurry in proportion of (1:1) with a proper jet pump pressure including cleaning and washing and packing the existing cracks/holes in the stone masonary with lime and fine sand paste in proportion of (1:1) property from down side, filling the slurry in cracks of hole including all necessory material of as per requirement to reduce the porosity of concrete/ Masonry structure and to increase the strength of structure using grouting pipes, grouting m/c, mixer etc and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts, material, machinery, labour, etc. Completeas per

It would further requires correlating the same with history of monument and the region, which would help in building and showcasing art remains, the work would involve thorogh archaeological exploration and survey on individual capacity, with the technical report prepared in prescribed digitalized format etc. complete

Item No. 16 Book designing, Publishing and printing: The work involves printing of a book/ guide book on the fort/ Monument and itsvarious aspects, which would provide authentic and precise tourism oriented information. This work involves important photographs of the site, art object. Antiqquites, inscription etc. ehich would be useful for educating the masses of the rich culture heritage of the site, region and state, providing 100 pages coloured book as directed by Engineer in charge/ADA

Item No.17 Preparing and carrying out videography. Documentary & Shooting of still photography of extra copies 5"x7" size outdoor and indoor of roads, bridges other structures and programme including preliminary survey still shots moving shooting, necessary boards for video shooting hiring of vehicle, equipments for video shooting transportation of all equipments, persons, required for shooting, lightning arrangements as necessary editing, mixing, titiing lettering, sounding including cost of coloured casette of approved quality etc complete
