The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Project Manager/Project Engineer with minimum 5 years’ experience with the firm and 5 years’ experience of similar type of works. * Site Engineer with minimum 3 years’ experience. * Supervisory Technical Staff. * At least 2 No. qualified Engineer (full time employees) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience assigned to supervise the work. The bidder should have an experience of successfully completed construction of at least one Agreement Works KTW / GSW/ FPW of magnitude Rs. 174.90 lakhs. The annual turnover of the bidder should be at least Rs. 218.62 Lakhs, which is at least 75% of the annual cost of the work under tender. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide information about the amount of work done. The bidder should have successfully executed certain quantities during any one year of previous five years, including excavation, concrete, and steel works.
