Additionally, the bidder should have executed quantities of work, including: - CONCRETE M -15 and Above: 161.08 Cubic Metre (approximately 30% of tendered quantity) - Bricks Masonary: 212.18 Cubic Metre (approximately 30% of tendered quantity) - STEEL TMT-FE-500: 15.13 Metric Tonne (approximately 30% of tendered quantity) - Water Proofing: 1129.80 Square Metre (approximately 30% of tendered quantity) The bidder is required to provide information on their prior work experience, including the amount of work done during each of the last five years. The forms provided require the bidder to fill in details about their previous work, including the tender cost, civil work executed, and remarks. The bidder needs to submit a scanned copy of details of work of similar type and magnitude carried out by the contractor, with a Works Done Certificate submitted not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 05,20,38,195/-, and the earnest money is Rs. 2,60,191/-. The total security deposit is 1% (One Percent) of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 5,20,382/-. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 40%, 50%, and 80% of the tendered cost for different conditions, and the quantities of specified items executed are approximately 30% of the tendered quantity for each item.
